Very helpful. There is a woman that helps me to find the right size of certain nails or screws or bolts. She knows her stuff.

The people are always willing to stop and help you. Everyone was friendly from the cashier. That greeted me as I walked in the door to the smiling woman stocking shelves near the back. Very clean and organized.

This is Generally Great I actually enjoy the services their thank I recommend to visit to first timers or no experience personals

What I like about Ace Hardware is you can buy one nut or one bolt or one washer not having to buy a hundred and get help to get the right one

I went in there looking for a tub spicket, shower adapter and I approached a female employee thinking... She's isn't gonna have a clue to what I'm talking about.. boy was I wrong.. she was very knowledgeable and helpful. What can I say... Ace is the place!! Two thumbs way up!!

Stopped in for key duplication. Had my keys made quick. Friendly staff

Ace Hardware is the best! Didn't have my item, but they called around their stores until they found one for me! Yeah!

Pick me up a spatula, found me one that was real good and sturdy.

The woman behind the counter was very nice, I went there to buy some starter plants (which I didn't know they sold until a family member told me about it) and it blew my mind the selection they had!

Just went back today and they had a plumbing part i couldn't find any where else for a great price!

Near fail-safe ability to find anything obscure yet needed, though perhaps at a small premium in price. It's worth it for convenience. And the customer service is always available to help locate items quickly, always super polite and helpful indeed with choice decisions among product lines.

I went into get a smaller belt for my weedwackers .as I think him,he ask was there anything else....I have been looking for this one part ( 1 inch PVC tee with 1/4 ) for about 2 weeks so I could fix my well. Kenny was very helpful .he figure out another Way I could go about it so it would work. to me he is a life saver
now.

Went to buy a lawn mower, showed there was two in the store but couldn't find it. Employees was very helpful,but there was one that went beyond his job an found what I was looking for. He need a raise. Great customer service. Thanks

I know next to nothing about hardware and just needed a household drill and some screws. Selma was extremely helpful with finding the right screws for me and walked me through what type of drill I may need. Even suggested I sign up for the rewards card for an instant $15 off. It made my morning to start it off so pleasantly with her.

Ace is a nut and bolt paradise. Almost. They have most of those things that you lose in the carpet during installation. BUT, if your bolt does not fit their chart, wrong pitch perhaps, then they don't have it. Didn't have it this time but still worthy of 5 stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They will also be delivering my husbands brand new tool box for me. Thank you so much Ace Hardware you dont know how much I appreciate that since I dont have a truck to pick it up or someone close to pick it up for me. I give you 5 stars because you deserve it.
