Dollar Tree

I was pleasantly surprised honestly to find so much cool stuff! They had the cutest decorations for Valentine's day and St. Patrick's day. I bought some St. Patrick's Day socks and for just $1 a pair, some baskets to organize (they have several styles and colors for any project). Speaking of projects, there was like an entire isle with just craft/art supplies. I even found a stylus pen which was great since I'm always losing mine $1.
The store was clean and you can easily see the merchandise. This store is a Dollar Tree Plus so they offer items up to $5. You won't be disappointed at this Dollar Tree, but don't say you are only going for one thing because you will definitely find something else you can't live without!

They're very organized. Just something happened, with someone dropping a can of soda. And the employee reacted with sorts of anger. Which is understandable, but isn't at the same time.

Very clean and updated store love the hard work and as an employee there I can really testify that we hear and read feedback and management instantly is trying to resolve or better the situation trust me !

i love dollar tree, but this review is specifically to appreciate an employee i came across today, latoiya is so kind & joyful, i hope she is recognized for her customer service, she was just the sweetest.

I was so excited to have a dollar tree near me but Sadly, I prefer driving to the location on 240.

This place is never stocked and is always a mess, and I mean on just about every aisle. It looks as though the employees avoid doing all of their work there. Unboxed boxes line the floors, while shelves are bare in front of them. The aisles are hardly organized. And like a precious commenter wrote, items are often open and sometimes broken.
Once I waited for about 5-10 mins on someone to go check if they had something in stock and the lady never came back. I eventually left and drove to another location, who I can count on always having it, along with being clean and the employees seem much more friendly.
It’s so sad that one has opened up just blocks from me but I drove to one several miles away. Hopefully they consider new management at this location and more reliable employees.

Update:
So I’ve been here a few times the last couple of weeks, cause sometimes it’s just easier to go to a store nearby. And to my surprise, it was stocked, clean with no boxes scattering the floors! Good job!! I’m thinking new management? Whatever it is, please keep it up! I’m changing my star rating from 1 to 3, and if the store stays this way, I’ll change my rating again.

UPDATE #2:
So the store has managed to stay stocked and clean since my last update and it’s been quite some time since then. 👏 So I’m keeping my word and changing my rating.

Great location and kind staff! Sometimes crowded and sometimes long lines but they're a new store and they're doing great. We needed a dollar tree!

Even with the recent price hikes, I still come here for all my work snack needs.

Being a former manager of Dollar Tree I was really impressed with this store and how well everything was stocked and well kept.
