Angel's Mexican Restaurant

The menu has lots of opinions to choose from, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, the service is excellent. I recommend.

Personally, this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. I love their Sweet Fried Burritos and Burrito Deluxe. Their staff is always friendly and pretty good with keeping up with the table. I also love the set up of the restaurant. It is very open and spaced out so I do not feel cramped. The price of the food for the most part is not so bad either.

Tried this place for the first time today and I really wish I would have sooner. Great food and service! I’ve eaten at all of the other Mexican restaurants in Sumter and the food here is the best I’ve had. Everything came out hot and fresh. Some restaurants in Sumter re-heat things when you order them and it comes out lukewarm at best. My only complaint is that the portion size for items on their lunch menu are very small, so I’ll get the dinner portion next time to see if it’s any bigger.

I have been eating here for many years and they have never disappointed me! The food is always great and the servers always make you feel special! This is the only Mexican restaurant that my son will eat at in Sumter.

Angels is a fantastic authentic Mexican restaurant that made me feel like I was at my Tiá Rodriguez' house as a child, the food was delicious and filling at such an inexpensive price that I almost go every payday. Very nice waitstaff, great decor, and the atmosphere is what I look for with this kind if restaurant. Go here before you go to Mariachis.

Great service and great food. Went with a empty belly, left stuffed and had leftovers. Had a table of 5. 2 adults 2 teenagers 1 toddler, cost about $65 plus $10 tip. Love the water fountain.

I absolutely loved it! Their food was amazing and the portions were generous! The service was top notch!

Another place that I wish wasn't like 400 miles from my home! Got a spicy chicken burrito called the California burrito. Unlike most places I get something that says it's "spicy", this one lived up to its name. It actually had some kick to the spicy salsa which was inside. Chips and salsa that was brought out the instant we sat down was fresh and flavorful! Wife got the Supreme Burrito Combo! Said it was definitely tasty! Each had a alcoholic beverage with our meal as well and for the value, you can't beat it! They have multiple sizes for each drink and they are actually extremely affordable for how big and delicious they were! Definitely a must for Mexican food!

Had the Shrimp with onions and garlic along with rice and beans. The shrimp was good but the dish had very little garlic, if any.

Called for a last-minute order of sides for a work function. The staff was incredibly helpful & polite, the pricing was more than reasonable, and they even helped carry the order to my car.

Great for our clubs meeting. Had a taco bar. Could of used more toppings but was good.

Nice place. Lots of cars in the parking lot, but didn't seem busy inside. We got right to a table. Ordered drinks pretty quick. Waitress was there for the meal order, but we weren't ready. When we did order, I'd say 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. Waitress was very good about service, always ask how everything was. Most everyone in our party got Mexican dishes, one fish dinner. Everyone was satisfied with how their meal tasted. Prices were not bad either. We are used to paying more. Would go again.

I absolutely love this place. So much so, that my boyfriend and I visit about once a week. The food is always delicious and the staff are super friendly. They have a really nice drink menu and we love trying out the new ones. The atmosphere is always nice and upbeat. From the first visit we were hooked and it's our regular spot for date night.

The Torta is the husband's go to. And I love the Carnitas in Salsa Verde!

I am in love with this restraunt. The employee treat you like family. I would especially like to thank Zach for the great service he does there for us. He always has food on time and makes sure everything is good and drinks are filled while helping the other employees.
