Just came back from a checkup. Dana Steen and staff are excellent. They really took the time to research and get the proper blood work tests. Really listens and discusses options. Great!

Slow service from front desk and nurses are not really great. Walked in at 3 for an appointment at 330 and waited over a hour with no one in the waiting room. Smh big time.

This place isn't exactly family friendly. My daughter was accused of saying something she didn't say an they kicked all three of us out my son myself an my daughter. I will never go back a third time in my life after being kicked out twice for lies. The doctor is great and alot of the nurses are too. But don't trust that this place won't find ways to make up lies an they are really good at calling dss on people as well.

Worst doctor's office ever, takes hours to be seen, Poor attitudes from staff, left 3 messages for a nurse to call me regarding chest pains and no one ever called.

I like the Dr. I'm currently seeing, the service is soo slow I had an appointment at 3:45 still sitting waiting to be seen at 4:30!! Ridiculous we have to be on time for our appointment but
They are late seeing us!!

I really like Dr. Biester but every time I try to make an appointment over the phone they hang up on me, tell me to call back or just won't answer, and when I go in to make an appointment they tell me to call and make one.

the ladies at the desk have horrible attitudes, I’ve walked in at 8 am and refused to be seen twice.
