This facility gets a zero. It was similar to playing a slot machine or the lottery! Yet, we were just aiming for clean clothes!

First, the change machine was broken so we traveled to a local store to get quarters. Next, two machines ran but did not fill with water. We wasted over two hours of troubleshooting. It was a horrible experience.

I feel bad for people with limited resources and transportation. They are being ripped off. It's sad. Run folks and don't look back!

Last, there is no way to contact the owner! This should be a requirement. I will research!

Go somewhere else, No way to contact owner. Use 4 washing machines, 3 ran great but one didn't fill with water. Machine took my money didnt wash my clothes.

Quarter machine only gives you half your money's worth and half the machines have out of order signs or don't have signs and don't work. Put my laundry in 3 different washers before I found one that worked. No way to contact owner so I'm out $7.50. I only come here when the other laundromat is too busy but won't even do that anymore.

We have been here before without any issue. This visit, the washer took our money, filled and emptied water but the drum never turned. No wash, no spin, just sat!! We would love to let someone know, in case they want to repair it, but there is no contact info. If you're reading this, don't use the Triple Load machine closest to the door. Better yet, go to another laundromat!!!

DONT GO HERE! I see why no one really uses this laundromat. It steals coins and you have no way to contact the owners. No phone numbers anywhere.
I tried to use 4 inoperable dryers. They need to fix there equipment. And the big boy washers won’t let you use Hot water. Scam

Im from out of town and the lodge I'm staying at has no laundry room. The closest laundrymat is Batesburgh coin laundry. There is no phone number on line or online to call if machines are not working after you have placed your money in the machine. DO NOT USE!

less than half the machines work. Some are marked as such, others aren't. Go to any other laundromat in town

I wish it had a lower rating than one star to give this placethe washing machine do not work there's no phone number to call to find out what's going on or try to get your money back I really sincerely hope this place falls apart I hope you can't pay your electric bill
