Stopped to get a drink on way home from a really bad day. I have to say, Kiki is just awesome! She had me laughing & smiling & my drink was great! Great way to end what otherwise was a bad day! Thank you Starbucks Batesburg-Leesville!

This Starbucks has it together. Despite a long line in the drive through, at the register, and waiting for online pickup, they were fast, very nice, and focused on the customers. Great experience!

Usually batesburg Leesville is not known for their customer service. But I must say, every time I order through the drive through Brittney is always so sweet and kind. She really makes a difference 💛

The two women who served my daughter and I were Very personable and professional . The tea and Coffee were delicious and it was an lovely outing enhanced with friendly chatter. You will enjoy going there. It's a gem and a treasured experience I will cherish and repeat.Recommend.

The employees greet our employees with a smile every time they enter the door and always make small talk while either waiting on a drink or simply running in to grab our mobile order. The very few times our drinks weren't the best, they remade them without hesitation and apologized. We are very appreciative for the friendly environment and for the great baristas.

Everyone I have encountered at this Starbucks is super friendly, and I love that. They have always prepared my drinks, exactly how I ordered very clean inside and out, and they get your order done in a timely manner

The BEST service. I mobile ordered ahead this morning, but had a flat tire and couldn’t make it. Called and asked them to just give the drink to someone else so it didn’t go to waste. Chandra took my info and told me to swing by when I could and they’d have it ready for me. I came by two hours later and they had it ready within seconds of me walking through the door. Top notch service.

lil slow but who isn’t sometimes but other then that very friendly quick to get your drink to you great taste and amazing atmosphere

The staff here is so great they personalize your experience and try so hard. They do run out of things sometimes and their hours vary from those posted so check before you go. Also the inside can be slow this is a busy spot if you use the app they will have it ready for you.

Service was very helpful and nice, but the Pink drink to me was very much nasty. The brownie was delicious 😋. The egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich was ok. Will go back to try a different drink. Also it's expensive lol my first time ever trying Starbucks so I didn't know the prices.

Batesburg-Leesville Starbucks is doing a fantastic job! They are setting a new bar in town for drive thru customer service. Especially Chandra!

For a newer store, they are pretty efficient. Clean store, positive attitude, we will be back.
