Kroger

Just to make a note. I was recently looking for Apple cider and was already aggravated from the previous 2 weeks looking for it also. To make a long story short Dianne took time after her shift to look into it. She discovered it in the back and was able to help me out. I appreciate Dianne for going the extra mile to help me out.

My favorite Kroger of all time. This place has everything. They are never out of anything and their produce is so fresh. I've never had a wait checking out either.

We stopped by the Krogers in White House on the Friday afternoon before the 2017 Eclipse. The store was not overly crowded, no long lines or anything out of the ordinary... however something had happened. The store looked like we had missed a mad snowstorm rush because in places the shelves were completely bare. We are expected to have great weather for the Eclipse on Monday, so I suspect everyone is trying to get ahead of the rush.

Ted at the Deli counter is the best. He is so kind and always has a smile on his face! Thank you Ted for always making it a great trip!!

It used a dated location, but the prices are current! Lol, seriously the CSRs in this location exemplify SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!

Kroger is our go to for grocery shopping in WH. We went to Kroger today for typical Sunday shopping. We got in line and Josh was our cashier. He was INCREDIBLE! Kept good conversation, super nice and very quick to keep the line moving. We always have a great experience, but today really stood out because of Josh. Thank you for making our day, Josh!!

Always very well organized. The employees are very helpful. Everything is easy to find. I am not sure why but I can always seem to get in and out of this Kroger faster than any other Kroger! The produce is also better than most. I started going here when my Kroger quit keeping anything in stock. After many requests for restock on regular items. It is a little farther to drive but definitely worth it because I haven't left there one time with something missing because it wasn't stocked! Very nice place with nice people!

Had the sweetest girl bring me my groceries today! She was super sweet and respectful. Her name was Ava and I 100% recommend her for everyone else. If you need someone this talented go to White House Kroger ASAP. Best service I have EVER received from this location. Will definitely be going back when she takes out my groceries.

I’m a truck driver and had to get my check sent western union. I called the store and told them the amount ahead of time because it was a kinda large sum, I was assured it was no problem to come on. After driving almost two hours to get there, the lady doing customer service rudely shoved my license back saying she couldn’t do that amount she didn’t have the money. I tried to explain I had called and verified but she wasn’t hearing nothing I had to say, could care less. Before leaving the parking lot, out of pure desperation I called the manager and explained the situation and he was able to come up with it for me and when I went back in was met by him near the door and a sweet young lady, Paola, handled my transaction and apologized and just made my day! The world needs more Paola’s!!!!

Our favorite place to shop! Store is always clean, well-stocked, and the produce section is our favorite. The staff is always friendly and kind and go out of their way to assist you. And, while you are there, say hello to Diane - one of the managers - she's amazing and has become like a family member to us.

*Clean store; well stocked and every employee I've come across is very helpful! They have a bakery & a deli; depending on the time of day the deli smells AMAZING when they're roasting the rotisserie chicken!! There is a seafood and meat dept w/a butcher (!!!!) he can give you whatever cut meat, as thin or thick, that you want. They can also answer any questions you might have, from as simple as, "What's good today?", to, "What cut of meat is best cooked (on a grill)... (in a pan).. (broiled)?.. etc! Whenever I'm buying steaks or fish fillets, the White House Kroger, is my "go to" store!

*There is a "Little Clinic" in this store. It's been years since I've been to this clinic so I'm not going to review it. I will say this, I was very pleased w/the care that I received at the time my visit (over 2 years ago).

*There is also a fully stocked pharmacy w/knowledgeable employees. Do your best to avoid going to this pharmacy during peak times; you can get stuck in some pretty LONG lines that take 10 - 15+min to get your Rx (I once stood in line for 25min!!). This pharmacy does have 1 drive thru window.

*Seasonal: Spring time in front of the store there are a lot of gorgeous hanging flower plants, potted plants, herbs & starter veggies; there is also some nice outdoor furniture too.
Inside of the store there are 2 center isles that are dedicated to seasonal merchandise.

Very clean and staff is amazing. I couldn't find something on the shelf and a employee say me and asked if I needed help. She spent the next 20 minutes running back and forth trying to find what I wanted and in the flavor I want. I didn't get her name but if most stores had staff like her shopping would be a much better experience.

Easy check out if lines are full. They are very attentive to open a new lane if necessary. Convenient access ability to parking area. Food is always well stocked. Produce is always fresh.

We travel to Tennessee several times a year and we make sure we stop at this Kroger. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly. We are proud to support the union workers at this store. We always purchase fuel at this Kroger's fuel center as they have the lowest price for gasoline in this area. Highly recommend checking out this Kroger.

I always do my grocery shopping at Kroger. I only buy meats from Kroger or one other small store close to my home. They stay stocked always and even for days on sale items before selling out completely. The money you spend goes toward fuel points, which is where my family goes to fuel up. With just 2 grocery trips a mth, I easily get my 20 to 30 cents off for 2 fill ups. Besides that I feel their prices are extremely reasonable compared to prices at other competitor stores.

Best Kroger I've ever shopped at. The Kroger brand cocktail sauce n the seafood area is the best cocktail sauce I've ever had as well I love whitehouse tn and this is my new favorite store they have absolutely everything you could think of here

Their friendly faces made the counter very approachable. Highly pleased.
