I love the atmosphere. Both baristas were kind and friendly. They use Ruby Coffee, which we love. My husband had a latte that he said was smooth and tasty. I had a London Fog, and it was just perfect.

Go in and check it out. It's a great place to go with friends, or on a casual date, or to just sit and enjoy some solitude.

Blue Collar Coffee, what a great way to start the day! A great little spot downtown overlooking the river, blue collar coffee is a great spot to take a break and get a bite. The cinnamon roll was delicious and the coffee was good.

Excellent Latte! Blue Collar Coffee uses Ruby Coffee, a Wisconsin roaster, and one of the best! The atmosphere is great, and service is always excellent.

I am so touched by the culture in this amazing coffee shop. I have witnessed many random acts of kindness, and have seen all of the staff be compassionate with my disabled son.

It is the highlight of his day to come here, we are addicted to the feeling we get when we walk through the door in the welcoming look on all of the employees. The culture of blue collar in my mind reflects what we want in our city.

Love this cute coffee shop! I stopped in for a drip coffee, iced hazelnut latte, and blueberry scone and everything was very fresh. The espresso had a nice roast to it as well, and their latte was very smooth.

I'm a basic B and ordered a PSL, my husband had a cappuccino and we shared a cinnamon roll. Everything was great, and customer service was excellent! Glad we stumbled across this cute little coffee shop.

Friendly staff (made excellent recommendation for a sweet coffee - Sugar Cookie Latte 10/10). Cute coffee shop, opens early, calming river views. Nice atmosphere, easy to be productive in. Recommend blueberry muffin - very soft with fresh berries. Glad I found this place!

Blue collar is one of the best coffee shops in Beloit! The coffee is amazing and consistently great! All of the staff have always been friendly I highly recommend!

Update 2/3/2023: Amazing NEW location!! Right on the river with excellent views!! Great coffee as usual and food! Take a look at the 30 food long counter that is one long slab of wood!! Best coffee place around! Super cozy and lots of seating at the new locstion!!

Had a small white chocolate iced latte. Very good. Love the atmosphere. Free water for patrons as well. Would be a great spot to hang out at. Location is beautiful as well downtown.

This is my happy place! Shout out to the amazing staff, besides the good coffee, smoothies, and food you make Blue Collar my go to place!

Baristas were really sweet and kind and gave me recommendations for nearby places. I've never been in this area and they were really helpful! The espresso was great, calibrated nicely with great flavour notes! Highly recommend. Alt milk options were alright, too.

Too Long, Didn't Read: Coffee, espresso, and lattes are perfect. And they have oatmilk!

It's difficult to find good coffee shops outside of where you live - in New York there are only 2 coffee shops that I frequent that make coffee right (Ground Central and Rex).

The fact that Blue Collar uses a real espresso machine (not automatic), using the perfect ratio of water:espresso grounds with perfect pressure and proper use of the steam wand makes for an perfect espresso or latte.

I would recommend that every person that passes this place to try a coffee. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant I had was also delicious and made to order.

Also their camping and travel mugs look really cool - will probably get one before I leave.

Beautiful day in late April. Walked to town instead of driving to sap and errand. Decided on my way over to reward myself with a Chai Latte from Blue Collar. It was marvelous.
I highly recommend stopping in. Great vibe.

I don't typically like coffee that much but Blue Collar knocked it out of the park with this cinnamon latte. This is probably the first latte I've ever had and compared to nearly everywhere else, the flavors are much richer and the drink much smoother.

The coffee may be good, but the danish was even better. This will likely be my new morning meeting place so I have a guilt free excuse to visit again.

The coffee and food is wonderful, the atmosphere is perfect. I highly recommend blue collar.
