Very nice staff and easy to deal with. Worth the drive from Austin area (Burnet) for the excellent deal and nice people. Surprise we bought a truck! After racing down to go and see a truck that was supposed to be ideal for my husband. We got to there and the young man at the counter told us it got wrecked, but let me show you one of these. We were upset and just left. We pulled into Johnson Brothers Ford where I was having my husband look at vehicles that he thought he

Hands down, the BEST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Darren, Garett and Jeff were all so helpful and amazing!! Everything was straight forward, no added fees, taxes, or price increases. They appreciate and value customers and do everything to make your reality like living your dream by finding you that special vehicle you want. I know because I bought an F-150 that was brand new in 2023 but I wanted a special feature. Months later when they found an F-150 with the special feature I wanted I was able to trade-in with benefits and awards that made the unusual sale worth it because they kept in mind how expensive trucks are today. My salesperson's outstanding professional expertise, knowledge, and wisdom saved me time, money, and work and eliminated my stress. I know the salesperson there is someone I can trust, who can iron out any worries about car buying, and is always cheerful– i.e., that says a lot when you are like me, relocating to another state, changing a job, finding a home, a stranger, and needing a reliable vehicle that will last a long time and within my financial ability. I would say the dealership goes beyond and above because amazingly I got the deal in all my years that I never got before anywhere. The Johnson Brothers Ford company is the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone, especially veterans like myself.

From the time we arrive to the time we leave, everyone is very professional and informative and if they tell you they will be done by a certain time they are done. We were surprised at how quickly our vehicle was serviced, how clean it was when we got back into it and how easy it was to go over the paperwork with our service tech as well as how great he was at explaining to us what we needed to do. What could wait until our next visit and what we should service at this time.
