Went in after a long day at another dealership, that wasn’t able to help us. Jeffery was very friendly and helpful. He was honest and I felt that I could trust him. Tim in finance was very helpful and trustworthy. The 2 of them made the process so easy this will be our first stop for any future car purchases.

My experience with at this Nissan facility has been amazing 🤩. I had an older Nissan I took for service. Kieth assist me with a Nissan trade in program to upgrade my Nissan. No service fees on me ! Then Keith refers me to Frank. Best decision I ever made . No pressure , up front , non misleading and he has patience. Along with a great personality! Such a down to earth honest people person. He took his time with me to make sure I had confidence in my new car that was for me !! They also have a great financial advisor Joe and let me tell you Joe knows !! He went over everything with me thoroughly . He educated and assisted me more than I could even ask for . In a world where some people don’t care and lack professionalism. They have it all ! First, let me say, I HATE car shopping. Literally would rather do anything else. But the day came that I need to buy my daughter a car. I looked online for months, and finally came across a new listing that I thought was very decent. There was only one picture in the listing, so my mom and I went over to check it out. We were introduced to Ricardo, and instantly, I was impressed. There was no pressure, no annoying tactics; Ricardo was just an over all gentleman. He was polite, had a good sense of humor, and he LISTENED. We took the car for a test drive, and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the whole process that would happen when I said the word go. Ricardo introduced us to the sales manager, CJ, who also put us at ease. Although he appeared young, he was professional and courteous. We ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had in my adult life (I think this is car 7 or 8 in 20+ years) I highly recommend this dealership, and I would request Ricardo as your vehicle SME. Frank was exceptional! Very courteous and patient while walking us through the process of buying a new car with ease. The thing that we liked most was no hackle over the price and financing. It was a straight forward good number and saved us a lot of time because he sold us what we wanted.
