Crispy, moist chicken, larger pieces than we expected and more than we could eat. Clean restrooms. Worth pulling off the road.

Love gizzards if they are cooked correctly. Had these were definatley cooked correctly.

Logan, was super employee. He had a gentleman who odered lunch for his crew. He up sold and everything was great. Until he noticed he added to many lunches. Handle everything like a champion. Was super stressed but took it all in strid. Every staff member was on point.
Our food came out hot and freash.

Updated to 5 stars. They definitely struggled since COVID, and have had some bad experiences in the last year, but today was top notch. The food quality was the best they've ever had, even before COVID, only had to wait about 8-10 minutes for a fairly large order. The order was correct which had been a problem, and service definitely met expectations.

I can't tell you how excited we were when we spotted Chicken Express! I didn't know there was one here. Food is always hot and fresh and oh the rolls..omgoodness!!! The gentleman working the drive thru was so nice and funny..he made me laugh so hard, which I really needed! Will definitely be back!!

The 2 one stars are probably normal complainers and possibly came during opening week when they were really busy. We have been a few times and didn't have any issues. We had to wait a little while, but the food was fresh and to hot to eat. I would rather wait than get old food or under cooked food. I had more issues with the impatient woman behind me than anything. I can't hold that against the establishment. Keep up the good work.

I came to write my GOOD review and while perusing the reviews I saw Mr. And Mrs. EXTRA BASIC "B" of Mont Belvieu left their collective attack. Extra basic, I would bet money they are the ones I saw walking their dog wearing matching pajamas. I stopped in at CE because my personal trainer recommended it as a quick healthy option for a few pieces of chicken or fish on the go. It was delicious. And the people in the drive through were very kind. I had to wait, but no one was behind me and I didn't look at my clock and count the minutes I was waiting so I could make a full report of it later. People. Its just chicken. Its not the end of the world. Thank God you have money to buy a meal and stop being so trashy/petty. #DontBeBasic

Best chicken gizzards anywhere. Order your meal with a fresh yeast roll. You will not believe it comes from a fast food chicken restaurant.

Love the catfish and the chicken strips. They really need to add a catfish and chicken combo dinner. The coleslaw is good too!
