Taco Bell

Taco bell seems to be hit or miss at the locations I've ate at. The Taco bell in Mont Believe is really good. I've been there a few times & every time it's been great the way Taco bell should be.

My first time at Taco Bell in over 15 years and Andrew Welch was so kind and patient to be accommodating with my request for a vegetarian order letting me know he will accommodate any request I had. His patience and passion in his work.

Took a while to get food they let us know up front they were short handed but good food and great service worth the wait

Portia was awesome, by far the best taco bell we have ate at. Every worker was so happy and had awesome customer service. Even before closing. Put our taco bell to shame... Will definitely be going back when we visit our grandparents.

I don't often find this too much but today was a very impressive day at taco bell in mont belvieu. In the drive thru was a gentleman named Levi. I absolutely LOVED his customer service!!! He was nice, polite and made sure that my order was correct! Can't find that much anymore!! I ALWAYS have something wrong with my order! So it was very nice to have him take care of me today!!! THANK YOU LEVI!! Keep up the great work!!!

We stopped on our way in from Lafayette, decided to dine-in for a break, and the staff was totally chill with our active toddlers, even letting one of the kids taste-test a bunch of soda flavors for free 😅

Went there today, and (me and this restaurant have had a strained at times relationship) the service was fast and friendly. Good handed out the window before they could even get the transaction done with the credit card.

My second time to dine at this store. The place is very clean and at the time, very slow that day. My order was made on time and very fresh. Food was very good and the price is comparable to other local restaurants. Will be returning again.

Andrew is great and appreciate the extra mile he went for my family! I wish I could do more than just a review. He saw we were tired, taking a break from driving, 4 kids...while he was cleaning the lobby, he got us drinks!!!!

Quiet environment (besides the music), clean, thanks for keeping the store on the up!

Great food, friendly staff, be patient they will get there. The restaurant seems to have a revolving door when it come to the staff, so I'm sure when they get a good team in there the service will improve. Personally though, I have not had an issue. Love Taco Bell !! Also wish it was a Taco Bell Cantina ;-)

Received amazing customer service! I asked the 2 nice ladies working what I could eat as I am someone (sadly) with a dairy and gluten allergy. They helped me pick a meal and made it very swiftly for me.

Taco Bell was terrific .iss been awhile since i've been there . ....but was really late so I didn't expect much for fast food . But every bite was delicious hot .and fresh . ....but my Dr Pepper was kinda flat . ....but that happens everywhere sometimes . The food spot on ... Thanks Taco Bell on 1960 .and north Eldridge .....

Food and service was great. Very clean place.

I have been to a lot of fast food restaurants late at night, where it seemed like the workers didn't care about the quality of the food,or service. That was not the case here. The service was stellar, and the food was delicious.

I have personally never eaten at Taco Bell. But my son loves it, so I surprised him every now and then with a burrito box. I will have his heart forever!

I absolutely Love Taco Bell it's cheap, fast and with growing teenage boys it's always the best place for my budget. I stopped by this Taco Bell because it's near my house it's always fast, friendly and always clean great job, TACO BELL

Extremely clean restaurant. Workers were friendly. Smiles. Got my food fast. And it was good.

The manager and crew were very courteous and professional. The restaurant clean and orderly. The service excellent and the order was precise and served hot...woo!hoo! 5 of 5 stars

Update:2022 something has changed bec their food is great.
Past: 2019 Sad situation over here. Calling corporate tomorrow something needs to happen at this pathetic location.

Very friendly service at 21:24 on the 13th of March and made my sister and I laugh because of our music. 11/10 service
