Mont Belvieu City Park

Great park, I saw people fishing. They also have a jogging trail, but we went for the swings and jungle gym. They have those and a couple of ziplines. The zip lines are really popular. There's soft mulch under the playground equipment, and it gets in your shoes, so just a heads up. We enjoyed the slides and watching people fish. They also have a splash pad, but it was cold, so that wasn't up and running. I saw people with pets there, that's always nice as long as they clean up after them. The place must be popular because every parking spot was full, I'm sure a lot of people walk here given that it's so close to a lot of neighborhoods. This looks like a great place to bring a picnic and hang out with the kids anytime of the year. Next time, I'm gonna bring my running shoes and use the jogging trail.

Beautiful, so much to do, hiking, biking, walking, jogging, playing, etc ............... something to do for all ages!!! Pets are welcomed. Love love love ❤ So many restrooms and trash cans, they even have doggy poop bags for your convenience.

This is by far one of our absolute favorite parks in our area. Clean, newer equipment, well maintained and plenty for the kids and even adults!

Me and my grandkids love this place. Pond with ducks and turtles, 4 or 5 playgrounds, splash pad great also covered picnic areas first come first served. Bathrooms. Very nice

A very beautiful park full of fun things for the family to do. Several baseball fields with covered concrete seating. They even appear to have a playground in the middle of the baseball fields for the kiddos to play on. Small skate park available to skate!! The splash pad is a lot of fun and my kiddos really enjoyed themselves. The little pond had snakes, turtles, fish, and various varieties of ducks. They even had a solar station to charge your phone or plug in something to an outlet while enjoying a covered picnic. A couple of soccer fields and also a nice walking path. I highly recommend this park!! Oh I almost forgot about the little piece of history and also the cool boardwalk where fishing IS allowed but it is catch and release only.

So much for the kids to do! Climbing, swinging, a trolley, splash pad, slides, etc. Easy to get to and very clean. We lived the ducks and turtles.

Amazing place!!! I drove an hour to a birthday party over there and it was well worth it!! If the kids get tired on the playground, they can go to the splash pad! And there are MANY different types of play sets! So the kids have options! Definitely 5 stars worthy!!! XOXO

Such a fun place. Not only kids but also adults enjoy here. Very clean and spacious water park. I wish we had like this in houston area too. So much fun.

Need more trash pick up, and no one NOT using the trash cans available. Fishing lines, bobbs etc. randomly found in the water and the small marshy areas.

One of the best parks in the area, they have a playground with swings, slides, climbing, and more. They also have a waterpark, skatepark, pavilions, bathrooms, and baseball fields. There’s also some ponds/rivers to fish in. Overall a very good park.

Very nice park!!! Has playgrounds for little and big kids, zip line, swings and a splashpad. Lots of activities to do in here, walking along the pond with turtles and ducks, shaded picnic area. Will definitely keep coming back.

Still fairly new and kept clean and updated. Equipment, including playground equipment, is kept in good repair and new things are added now and then. Great walking trail with clean restrooms available. Baseball and Softball fields are used a lot. Also, there are some Historical features around the park that hint at the city's early days.

UPDATE: A few things that I didn't mention in my first review. Every first Saturday from 8am to 12pm they have a Farmers Market in the park. Vendors selling everything from food to candles to homemade soap, etc. They also have a movie night at the park occasionally which is really great for the family. Lakes with water fountains and ducks and geese are always around to feed.

This place was fantastic!! We were visiting friend on this side of town and before driving 90 minutes back home decided to play. The splashpad was huge and everything worked. There was a climbing park, a toddler park and a kid Zipline type thing. Ponds with fish, ducks, and turtles. Wishing we loved closer!!

Really nice park. Lots of space for any activity. It's always clean. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Friendly for children of all ages. If you like the outdoors you'll love it here.

We greatly enjoy walking here in the mornings. Great place and enjoy the ducks and spending time with kids.

This is a great place to go hang out with the kids or just take a walk. They have a trail all the way around the park that you can walk or you can walk through the park areas. There are several restrooms on site and they are usually very clean. It also has a splash pad that you can enjoy it during the summer with your kiddos.

Epic Park and splash pad! Heaps of parking. Well spaced and lots of things for the kids to play on (zip line, several jungle gyms, two sets of swings).

This place is really nice the only thing missing is some benches so people can sit throughout the park or it would be nice to have like stadium seats to see the futbol games instead of all the people dragging around chairs. The area of playground for kids is good, clean and fun for the little ones, they also have clean restrooms. If you are looking for a place to play pokemon go this will also be a good park since there's a lot of poke stops. I lost the pictures I took of the place but hopefully next time I go I will take some updated ones. Also if you are looking for a great picture of the sunset you can get pretty shots here
