Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Wayne processed us in and informed us of any costs that were to be incurred before work began. Wayne was great! Assisted in getting us in and out without a single hiccup. We were early for our appointment but he ran with it. Thanks, and kudos to him for his kindness and efficiency!!

Excellent service!!! My truck wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to Demontrond Chrysler/Dodge to assess the issue and make repairs. Although I did not have a service appointment, I talked with one of their service advisors, Travis, explaining that my truck would be delivered shortly and needed repair. Travis took my information and description of the issue and told the tow truck driver where to drop my truck. Travis then told me that they were a bit busy and it may be a day or two to have a technician check my truck. After I got back home, Travis phoned me later that same day to let me know that their technician had already checked my truck and determined that the key ignition module was faulty and needed to be replaced and they had one in stock. What luck! Travis then phoned me the next morning to let me know that my truck was repaired and ready for pick up (only 24 hours after I dropped it off!). Travis was great to deal with. He was outgoing and personable, polite, customer-oriented, and gave me comfort that Demontrond cared about my business and would get my truck running again at a reasonable price. Painless experience and I’m “back on the road again”.

I live in Lufkin and drive to Conroe for the service work on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My advisor Dan takes excellent care of me and my Jeep. He gets it in and out on time’s promise which makes me happy because I have a long drive home. I tried another dealership closer to home but didn’t get the same service. They didn’t check my Jeep over when it was there costing me a lot of money. Dan’s team of technicians go over my Jeep and recommend what needs attention and what to plan for in the future unlike the dealer much closer to home. I highly recommend Demondtron Jeep.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Hubert helped me out in an unconventional situation where I could not be at the dealership to begin the car buying process. He completed everything possible over the phone and held the car for me while I waited for my husband to leave work so I could get to the dealership. After I arrived he had everything prepared for the test drive, and helped expedite the process so I could get to work that evening. When your family unexpectedly finds themselves sharing a single vehicle its was a blessing to find a dealership who works with you. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Donna in the service department is the best! She is so service oriented and always treats me like I’m VIP. She bends over backwards to accommodate me when I bring in my Grand Cherokee.

Our family has been using Demontrond in Conroe for years. My husband and I went yesterday and traded in our vehicle and purchased a new dodge charger!!.. Our car salesmans was Kevin, and he is truely amazing!!!.. If your looking for a used or new vehicle, go to Demontrond and ask for Kevin!!!

I would like to thank the service department for a wonderful experience. Dan the service manager is what holds that place together. My 2022 Powerwagon sustained damaged from a tailgate recall. They inspected it and determined that the damage was too great for repair. This took me back because they very easily could have done a hack bondo job and called it good. NO! They made my precious $80,000 truck look brand new!! WOW! Highly recommend this place.

I've been a customer of Demontrond since I've been a driver. Sometimes they can get very busy, but I always trust them to do honest work. What finally prompted a public review was a service advisor named Todd that was incredibly friendly, honest, and professional. He really went above and beyond on my last trip to the dealership!

This was my first experience, with Jeep, after switching from a luxury service brand like BMW, AUDI, MERC, etc... and I was surprised when I received better service at Jeep DeMontrond in Conroe.

I almost bought a luxury brand because of the service department, but DeMontrond was great! Thankfully I saved money on my new vehicle and on the set of tires that I just bought. The special order tires were ordered and installed the very next day! I'm super excited with the outcome. I dont normally do reviews, but Dan Mittag deserved recognition for his great job! Thanks!

My husband and i made appointment for 10am , oil change Donna was amazing checked in with us, we waited over 2 hours for a service oil change, we noticed that Donna was the only service representative greeting and helping customers 5 stars for her,.. the other service representatives you didn't see come out to greet help the customers someone needs to recognize Donna and hold the others accountable

I went in to have a small recall taken care of. It was done in less than half an hour. I decided to ask about replacing a piece of plastic on my tailgate. I asked for a quote & a couple other questions. They ended up replacing that as well. Was there a little over an hour total. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice & helpful!!!!!!!

Just wanted to give Shawn and the service department a huge shout out! My friend and business associate Jenn brought her 2021 Longhorn in and they took great care of her in getting her back on the road. Great job!

Adriana West did an amazing job communicating with me to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Was a smooth process with her but bigger issues were discovered by technician. Very pleased that the issue was resolved with great communication throughout the process.

I worked with salesman Mario Mendoza. After being a Ford guy for many years, I wanted to do away with trucks and look into sports cars. I test drove a Mustang at my Ford dealership and didn't fit comfortably inside (I'm 6'2 and around 300lbs). After researching about Dodge Chargers and Challengers, I made a trip up to DeMontrond and got to test drive both. Mario was very professional and respectful throughout my entire visit. In the end, I decided to go with the 2020 Challenger they had on the floor. Mario took his time to show me how everything worked in the car and even helped me set up my iPhone. He gave me his card and told me to contact his cell if I had any questions or concerns. Overall great experience at DeMontrond; I highly reccommend working with Mario.
