Depot Junction Cafe

Had a delicious breakfast at this old time diner - we both had the pork chop and egg plate. I opted for the biscuits, hubby opted for the toast.
I have to say, they were the best biscuits I’ve EVER had! Fluffy, light and moist inside and a slight crispiness on the bottom - heavenly!

Whenever I have to travel near or through Watertown, TN, I have to stop here for a nice home style meal. It’s terrific diner food, no muss, no fuss, just simple and tasty. Today’s breakfast did not disappoint!

The waitstaff are always friendly and attentive as well. The atmosphere is diner meets railroad depot. It’s a working diner I don’t want “atmosphere”, but I do enjoy the railroad decor.

My wife and I took a train ride and we decided to stop in for a bite. The food was good but our service was better. The food came out quickly and our server Vada was super sweet and made sure that we stayed refilled and had everything we needed. I do recommend this place for anyone stopping by.

While in Watertown, we stopped in for lunch. Service was fast, food was good. A very nice older Cafe. I would come back again and highly recommend this place.

There country fried steak is the biggest and best..Always great service with an old country feel...I feel at home here... All there food is awesome

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. The food was hot and fresh, quick to be served, and our waitress was the sweetest. Chicken Parm with mashed potatoes, 16oz ribeye with a loaded baked potato, and an amazing hot fudge cake.

Great little hometown restaurant. Our food was really good. Came out quick and hot.

We enjoyed lunch here during our train trip- get there early. I’d recommend for the - home cooked food, pulled pork, cooked apples.. fries.. kind folks

Perfectly honest hometown diner with great railroad train decor. One cook and one waitress during my breakfast visit. At least 20 customers all with plates overloaded with breakfast. I like the place as soon as I walked in. Had a great meal served by a sweet Tennessee country lady. Highly recommend if you're passing thru Watertown.

What a cool little place! It was clean, food was great, service was awesome. We had a group of 14 and our server did an awesome job. Food came out hot. I had frog legs and they were very good. One was a little overcooked, but still good. All the staff was friendly

Went with a good friend. We've been here before, and knew it would be great. Our time was limited, and we were starved! Service was fast, but efficient. Our food came quickly, was deliciously hot and brought by a wonderfully friendly server. The decor is fascinating; it encourages conversation! Well done all around!

A hidden gem in Watertown. The food and service were fantastic.

Tenderloin breakfast with scrambled eggs and cheese and gravy biscuit it was delicious.

Stumbled across this place, thanks to Google Maps, and had breakfast one morning and was impressed. I've been probably a dozen times now, always for breakfast, and always had an enjoyable meal. Will definitely become a breakfast regular!

Came in on the train. Everyone came in and sat down at the same time. The staff had organization down pat. Orders were taken quickly and came out quickly. The hubs had the burger. He said it was one of the best he's had. I had the steak salad. Fresh! Service was great! Expect to pay more than most small town cafés, but not exorbitant. A great experience.

I chose the wrong day and time to go. I went on a Saturday during lunch time.
There was a little bit of a wait as the place was crowded. There was live music being played. The decorations are mostly about trains. There is a little train track that circles around the inside about 12 feet high. The train wasn't working today.
Ordered the BBQ, fried okra and a loaded baked potato. Now I know why it was packed. The food was excellent. I plan to go back but maybe I will try a different day and time. LoL, actually the wait time was better here than at an Olive Garden or steak house. Looking forward to many more returns. Next time I will take pictures.

Cute, clean, and bright. The food is delicious. Had the watermelon, blueberry, feta salad. It was fresh and crisp. Very tasty! Also tried a lemon strawberry cupcake. I want the recipe.
