I loved this store. There is a wide variety of boots for the whole family, I chose these beautiful boots for my husband, very comfortable. They have good service for their clients, highly recommended.

The gentleman who helped me was really helpful. He pointed me straight to the sizes and styles of boots that I liked. He also made some really good recommendations on the wear and feel of the boots that I was looking at.

Large store with a huge selection of cowboy boots. This store also carries clothing and accessories. Helpful staff, located right off the highway, plenty of parking.

It's funny, I didn't actually check the reviews before going here last week. Now I know why they are so highly rated. I have lost weight and shrunk out of all my old jeans, so not only did I need some new jeans, I wasn't even sure exactly what size. I'm also tall enough that it's uncommon to find my size off the rack, so I figured my best chance was a western store like this with (hopefully) a big selection. We were greeted immediately at the door by a very helpful older gentleman, who assured us that, yes, they do carry 36 length in most of their selections, and he was happy to help us personally. I really was just expecting to be pointed in the general direction of the jeans department, and honestly, I probably would have been happy with that. But no, he (this was Brad) took the time to work with us 1-on-1 to find the exact right size and style. Even better, the jeans I wanted were on sale, which was nice but really wasn't the reason we came in. In this day and age where customer service seems to be largely a lost art, it's nice to know that it's not completely gone. Granted, I came in the early afternoon on a weekday when the store wasn't busy, I'm sure not everyone gets this level of service when there are more customers. But at least this store is well managed and they train their employees. Most stores these days also ask you politely to go fill out a survey, and I almost never do. This time I did, they earned it.

Out of all of the retailers along this corridor, Cavender's stands out remarkably. Their idea of customer service and customer friendly is top notch. They're a throwback to the days of yesteryear when businesses actually appreciated their customers and showed it. THANKYOU Cavenders for a real treat in this day and age when it seems the exact opposite is true most other places.

This was our first time to this store. My son wanted to get him some boots and jeans. He had found some online that he liked- as we were checking out the selection in search of these boots Mr. Brad came up and asked if we needed help. He found the pair of boots my son wanted and explained how to properly find the right fit (this was my sons first pair of boots) he was extremely helpful and very patient with my teen age boy! He then helped him find some jeans to go a long with the boots. My son also bout a shirt and belt (which again Mr. Brad) explained the proper way to size the belt and explained to to size a belt buckle to it as well. Thank you so much for your customer service it was very pleasant and much appreciated for you (Mr Brad) to talk with my son and not go over him just bc his parent was with him.

Very friendly staff and eager to help you find what you need without being pushy or salespeople like. I was looking for a boot and when I went to the staff they were ready asking me what I needed. The prices are also fair.

We went in to see Benny, the gentleman, who works on hats. He did a great job cleaning an older family hat I brought in that needed some love and care. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his services. Even though they are free while you shop at the store, don't forget to tip him for his time.
