I had a very good experience here. I needed information on rabies vaccination and could get no information from my regular doctor about it; not very many doctors or even emergency rooms on Houston have that vaccine available. Dr. Rensimer was able to see me the afternoon I called, answered all my questions, and was able to give me the injections I needed right at his office. All his staff were very friendly and informed. They all made a very tense situation much, much better.

The doctor is one of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable through and caring. I have been seeing him for 20 years with my travels.

I went on April 10 2012 for a consult. I thought the 1st appointment went well. The nurse offered to send me an email with her contact infromation, she said she would follow-up with some vaccine info, and I never heard back. I sent an email, called and left a message and no one contacted me. Now, I am going elsewhere. I was very disapointed.

Today, the office manager called to try to remedy the situation. She really tried to help. She was disappointed that I did not call her after my experience. If you do encounter difficulty, I would encourage a call to the office manager. I think she may have corrected the situation. At this point, I have already investigated options to finalize my travel plans. As I said in my initial review, I'm sorry it did not work out.

Very poor experience. I highly recommend DO NOT go here.

I called to make an appointment and whoever was behind the reception desk kept picking up the phone and hanging up in my face THREE TIMES!!!! When I called back multiple times they just let it ring to voicemail. This is beyond unprofessional and no wonder this place has 2 stars for a review. You will never have a flourishing business in this world if that is the way you treat people who call you!

The Doc is GREAT. I always use Dr. Rensimer for international travel.

The staff is horrible. 20 days ago I requested a prescription and a copy of my vaccination record. After a week and no response I called and was put off. After another week of no response I called and was put off. Today my prescription was finally ready. STILL NO WORD on my vaccination record.

Really slow service, hold times on the phone are endless - most of the time nobody picks up. Appointments take hours. If you have other option - go for it.
