I love taking our two dogs here. We have a Parti Yorkie and a Bichon that we board also here. Bay creek always provide good service and caring toward our pets. They are like family to us because I would not let no one else keep my fur babies.

Love everyone at this office. I have a chronically ill cat that usually isn't happy with vets, He was so comfortable there and happy that he was trying to follow everyone around for the extra attention. They were wonderful and explained everything as well as made sure I understood everything. First vet I ever went to that doesn't want to just medicate him and is trying to find out what is wrong and causing the chronic sinus issues he has had since a kitten. Newton will be back

Dr. Leestma and staff did a superb job taking care of my dog freckles. They do things the right way and are upfront with everything they do. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Bay creek could not get me in today, but I HAVE to leave a review for the amazing customer service. I’m pretty sure my dog broke her toe, so I’m calling around for vets. I spoke with Stacy who was amazing. I got pricing and explained what could cost an additional fee (like sedation). Turns out they’re booked until next week and honestly I’m not surprised. They must be amazing! When Stacy said they were booked out, she even recommended somewhere else which I thought was SO KIND and so helpful. These are obviously people who think of pets first, and it shows. We just moved to area so we will definitely be making an appointment! They haven’t even seen us and made sure we were informed and taken care of. We found our new vet!

Absolutely wonderful staff. I've been coming here for years, and I appreciate their kindness and level of care. They've also been exceptionally kind to my disabled mother and her fur babies. Highly recommend!

My cat used to have awful seizures that scared the lights out of both of us. The vet here put her on a medication that stopped them completely. She hasn't had a seizure in years!

Dr Leestma is the best vet in the world. She truly treats your fur babies like they are her own. She is so kind and has a wonderful bedside manner that puts my dog at ease.. She is so easy to talk to and her radiant smile just lights up the room. I strongly recommend this vet to you. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Leestma.

I do not know why these reviews are so poor! We walked in back in June when my 14 year old Schnauzer grew very ill and the worst had to be done. Since then we adopted another miniature schnauzer and have been treated amazing! Dr. Lovell really cares for her and you can tell. The staff, when we walk in are smiling and pleasant. They are polite and not only dote over our pup but love my son as well. Dr. Lovell helped get our baby girl back in shape. She was very under weight from her foster situation and her ears were loaded with mites and 2 infections. When we get out of the car at Bay Creek Animal Clinic, Katypage jumps out and is very excited to go inside because she knows they made her better. I can not tell you enough how wonderful they were to us!

We have taken all of our animals here for what seems like about 18 years now. We've always felt like family here, and have received nothing but great care for our furry family members, and compassion during the tough times. They have performed several procedues for us as well with perfect results. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

They are such kind and compassionate people. You can tell they all really do care about your pet. They go out of their way to accommodate your schedule and the visits and wait time are quick.

Dr Lissma is amazing! My pet feels at ease here. My fur babies are always well taken care of. I feel that Dr Lissma goes the extra mile for you and your pet.

They have always taken excellent care of our little Chico! I think Chico even likes going there. They have always listened carefully when I discuss any issues Chico may have and they have caring dedicated people and excellent doctors on the staff.

They go the extra mile for customer service and are top notch when it comes to caring for my pets. I trust them completely and I'm satisfied with service. My mother took our family pets there when I was growing up and now I take my dog Lady there.

I will never take my pets anywhere else. Everyone here is amazing. My furbabies were treated like family.

Dr Valerie Mogas is an experienced, caring veterinarian and the best diagnostician. She treats every patient as if it's a member of her own family.
