I was impressed when I first walked in, everyone is friendly, and the place just has a pleasant feeling. The removal of my tooth went very well, and there was no pain. I'm glad I found Apple Town Dental with an internet search, and I highly recommend them.

Folks I don't usually do this but I absolutely had to today! I had my second visit at Apple Town Dental today after searching for a provider that would accept my insurance for a LONG time. Let me tell you, these people sure know what they are doing and do it VERY WELL! Had to have the dreadded shot for the front of the mouth, you know, the ones that bring instant tears?! NOPE! No tears! I felt the pressure but the way they give the shot is beyond amazing and almost painless! I couldn't encourage you to try this dentist office more!! I am so HAPPY I found them!!!

Dr. David Smith is extremely personable. You can’t get any nicer. His staff is amazing! I left my previous dental office after 18 years to get a more personalized experience. It’s great to know I will be seeing the same Doctor, Dental Hygienist and see the same smiling faces as they welcome you to your appointment. My husband and I are happy we made the change. The staff at Apple Town Dental are always amazing and professional, all the way from their front desk to the hygienists in the back. I’ve always had a comfortable and calm experience, which is rare for me at the dentist. Dr. Smith does amazing work and is thorough with all of his explanations. An overall great experience!

We've been going to Apple Town dental since this location opened on Richmond Street. It has always been a great experience with their friendly and professional staff. Paige did a great job on my son's routine cleaning today. This is a nice place for adults AND kids, too!

After moving back to the area, I was seeing a dentist in Neenah that just seemed to try and find things wrong to make money. I had never had a cavity before and suddenly he found six. Before this I had a botched wisdom teeth removal and after these two fails, I was jaded and upset.

I came to Apple Town Dental Care on referral from a friend who couldn't stop raving about how wonderful they are. I was skeptical at first but she wasn't kidding. This group is WONDERFUL. I look forward to every visit and spend so much time laughing that my abs are sore when I leave. They remember me and key parts about my life which makes me feel truely appreciated. I've been able to not only experience the maintenance side of things but also their Invisalign services. Even with my stubborn teeth, they have been patient and gracious throughout the process.

Dental health is a huge part of our whole health and often times, pretty intimidating to the average person. Don't put off your dental care and if you need somewhere to take care of it, Apple Town Dental Care is it.

I am very pleased with the dental services at Appletown Dental Care. All of the staff was courteous and welcoming. Each service provided was done with obvious attention to detail. Dr Smile was kind and professional. He explained procedures and clarified any concerns I had. Due to his skill I now want to proudly want to smile every chance I get. So pleased and recommended his services the day after my dental work was completed.

An excellent staff. They've always made me feel comfortable on multiple visits over several years. They've also been very accommodating on short notice and generally great to deal with.

I had the most Pleasant experience here. I was there with my little girl and everyone was very sweet. Dr. Smith is very precise and super kind and funny as well. All the staffs are amazing there. You will know what I mean when you go there! What else can you expect more at the dentis! Absolutely pleased with my visit! Highly recommended for sure!

I've always had good experiences with Dentists, but didn't now much about Apple Town Dentistry, so tried them out because they were close to my house. The office was clean, welcoming, and staff was friendly. On phone while scheduling and during check in and check out. I felt comfortable during exam and I was able to ask questions and trust I could get those answered. I was very happy and glad we chose them. OH, they also had healthy snacks in the fridge, LOVE that! :)

It's not often that you say you LOVE going to the dentist, but I do love going to this dentist. From great cleanings and fillings to an AMAZING new crown (that matches my other teeth perfectly), I have full trust in this dentist.

I haven't seen a dentist in over 3 years due to hating the dentist so I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. I am SO GLAD I went with Apple Town Dental Care. I've only had a couple appointments thus far and will need more to get my teeth back to being healthy. I am certain that Dr. Smith and his team are the key to this. They genuinely care about the well-being of your teeth and you as a person. They are there to help and everyone is also super friendly. Recently, I had a treatment done on a severely infected tooth and a few hours later, the receptionist called me to check up on how I was doing. Later in the evening, Dr. Smith also personally reached out to me via phone and wanted to make sure there were no issues with my tooth. It was unexpected since the receptionist had already called but this just goes to show that they truly do care for their patients and want the best for them. I highly recommend Apple Town Dental Care if you're looking for kind, caring and genuine people who are experts and professionals at taking care of your teeth!

My 4 year old son and I went for a visit today. The staff was so incredibly great with having cartoons on for my son during my cleaning, letting him help with the sucker thing, and making him feel great abut his own teeth. It's awesome when a dentist can make your child excited to go in for a cleaning!

I have never been made to feel so comfortable at a dentist. They eased any and all anxiety I had and took care of the problem. All the staff are extraordinarily professional and conduct themselves with impeccable bedside manner. Thank you.

I won't go to any other dentist after visiting Dr. Smith. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable there. All around this is by far the best dentist I've been to.

There are five of my family members getting care here. Not one has complained of any pain or bad experience with the dentist. They answer all your questions and always check up on all of us after work is done. The follow through with beginning to the end. We wouldn't choose any other dental facility. Dr. Smith and his staff are most impressive and accommodating. That was made apparent immediately after walking in. The dental work was done to perfection and I am very pleased. He has gained a new patient.
