Wow, is all I can say about this fantastic store! The jewelers are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The store is beautiful and the selection is great. I have been lucky enough to get several pieces from them and I can tell you the quality and beauty can’t be beat. My husband gave me this beautiful wedding ring upgrade on our 25th anniversary this past summer.

The owner at Jeff’s Jewelry in Conroe helped me pick a beautiful diamond from their store to put on my 20 year old wedding band. He helped me to select the setting that would enhance that stone and it turned out magnificent! The turnaround time was so fast as well and I am beyond thrilled with the result. His pricing was fair and he gave me a good deal to set the stone and polish up my band. Having damaged my engagement ring, they were able to repurpose the diamond into stunning earrings and then find a new stone for the engagement ring. Even with the ring having to be completely remade, they were able to get it back to me by a very special date- the same day my husband had proposed to me 17 years earlier. It’s absolutely perfect because they made sure that it looks exactly the same as my original ring. I couldn’t tell them enough just how much that meant to me. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. If anything, they will exceed your expectations.

This business has superb service. I did not buy jewelry from them but rather took an expensive watch in for a wrist band repair that I didn't trust Zales with shipping the watch across the country for. Not only did they repair the band which required a new pin being made at a fair price, they also cleaned the watch up at no extra charge. It's never looked so shiney since it first came out of the box. The repair was also durable as I tested it. I'm not in the market for new jewelry but if I were I'd be willing to check them out based on this experience!

I can't say enough about my ring design. It was my mom's ring that she gave me when she passed away. I had to have it fused together as it was getting very thin w 3 rings rubbing together. The jeweler that put it together did a horrible job. I came to Jeff's and had them cut it off my finger and asked them to redesign my ring. This is what they did for me. I can't say enough for the new design. Done in the time that they said it would... and omg absolutely beautiful with a new appraisal that was jaw dropping. Thank You Jeff for making this very special gift from my mom sit now beautifully on my right hand to remember her by. Blessed beyond belief!

My husband has used Jeff's many times to get my jewelry repaired, but I just went in there over the summer to see if they could create a custom ring guard for my wedding ring/band. The unique shape of my ring made it a hard project, but they continued to revise until we had the perfect ring. They have so much patience, expertise, and incredible communication skills. Prices are much lower than any place around on repairs/custom work, and their jewelry pieces for sale (I also bought a ring while I was there). They truly created the absolute best piece of jewelry for my very special anniversary. Thank you so much for the amazing job and so grateful for the time that you put into this project to make it an exquisite piece of jewelry.

Ran by to see if they could make a serious repair on a family watch, that the manufacturer was going to charge $65+ for and take 4 weeks on, just to get a second opinion. 3.5 minutes later they come out with it working like a charm and didn’t charge me a dime. Super friendly and helpful!
