Justine is such a sweet and helpful soul. I was struggling to ship my scooter and going back and forth with all fedex offices. She decided to help and that was soooo nice. I was able to get my package out with no trouble. Thank you so much and hope you have a wonderful year!

They do the best that they can, but the lady is trying to up because they’re always short handed.

Sadly, I have seen negative reviews here, and let me say, as someone who does emergency notarizations and immigration fast-track paperwork fulfillment as a side-gig, in the countless years that I have been using this place, never once have I had a bad experience.

The staff is here is kind, always helpful, fast, thorough, and thoughtful. They are often very busy, yes, but they always come through. Fabulous service, great people, friendly and efficient.

I definitely offer my praise and give this place 5 stars.

I have to praise this location for their excellent customer service because this isn’t common at all FedEx locations or other mailing companies, and especially not at USPS. Every single woman employee that is working when I come to this location is friendly and helpful. I’m always greeted, always have my questions answered, always given the exact help I need. Even when an employee made a mistake when sending my package, I was called, explained the issue, and given updated info to track my package.

I always feel comfortable and confident walking in and out of here because the employees working here are knowledgeable and actually act like they care about providing great service. Highly recommend! 🙌🏽

Close to 288 and 610 makes going here easy after work for me. The lobby is fairly big, with boxes and bubble wrap available to purchase. I got there around 6 pm, and I was able to get the package I had dropped off with 5 minutes. The clerk was very nice and took my package quickly and gave me the receipt.

Stays open later then most. I use them to drop off all my last minute packages Ground or Overnight Express!

They are always helpful to me! Every time I miss a package that I have to sign for, I can count on them to have it here and allow me to pick it up!

The manager kept her promise and delivered the package at 9pm, I was there for the package and had problems but the woman is very honest we didn’t believe she would have so I appreciate her and the delivery driver.

Always great service. You will have to wait in line right now due to limited customers being allowed inside, but they try to get everyone through as fast as possible. So the wait hasn't been bad.

I made a mistake, I stopped to ship s couple of items and they weren't packaged. Apparently when you go to FedEx ship your items should be packaged, walk up to counter give box, shipping address,(unless you have a preprinted shipping label) pay and leave.
I had no idea of the difference between FedEx ship and FedEx office.
But there was this very friendly clerk (I'm nit sure of their titles, please forgive me if I am incorrect) she went out her way, above and beyond to educate me on the instricite packing and shipping. I am very thankful for her, she was awesome! I wish I had gotten her name to mention it here. Shows my stupidity.

I was initially hesitant to come to this location due to negative reviews but it was the closest center to send something biological. I walked in on a Monday at 11:00am to one employee behind the counter. She was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. There was one customer in front of me but after a couple of minutes he stood aside due to confusion regarding what he wanted. I was in and out within 5 minutes!!

The lady who works here, I believe her name is Shawuana, is incredibly helpful. I dropped two packages that I was returning to an online retailer who sent me one label for two packages. When she realized there was an error she called and left me a voicemail. When we spoke over the phone she gave me two possible solutions. Both were free and the first one did not require me to drive back to the store. Thank you for the great customer service!

For my temporary stay in Houston, this was one of the most convenient locations to have my items shipped out. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I came here a few times a week to drop off packages for work and they were always so efficient and fast. They are well stocked on FedEx mailing supplies which is a huge plus..

I only needed to drop off a package for a receipt but the woman working at the counter was amazing. She was helping four different customers simultaneous all by herself at the front. I believe someone called her Pam. I hope Fedex recognizes her work because she’s one person doing the work of multiple. And very well.

Had a package re-routed to this location. Erik was beyond helpful in facilitating the delivery. I will indeed keep using FedEx!

I was shipping some really time sensitive stuff to China. counter person said it would take 2 days, and the next day the tracking showed it was gonna take 7 days. So i went back to the center to figure out what was going wrong.

Diana, the manager, was extremely patient and helpful. She figured out the route of the package, the status of the package (status that we don't see on the tracking webpage, such as the package has cleared with customs etc.), and even the next stop and arrival time for the package. Knowing that the package is its right course was extremely important to me.

Kind helpful staff, I stop here for work regularly and they're always so nice and welcoming while providing excellent customer service even when I'm dropping or picking up 40+ packages at once!
