Ordered a king size bed from Cantoni. The bed arrived well packed, well-built, but had a problem with fitting our mattress. After initial conversation with support and not getting much help there, we reached out to one of the managers at Cantoni (Luca). He thoroughly investigated the issue and agreed that the bed has a design issue and Cantoni will pick it up for a full refund. Luca went further by helping us select another bed and let us keep the current bed while we’re awaiting for new bed delivery. He went above and beyond to help us in this situation.

We’ll update this review with pictures once the new bed arrives (can’t wait).

Cantoni has such a great collection of unique and modern pieces! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that will answer questions, or just let you meander through the store at your leisure. We bought a gorgeous area rug and 5 counter stools. Check them out!

This place is AMAZING! Even if you are not currently in the market for furniture, you can go here for a feast of the eyes. It is like a museum of beautiful furniture pieces. The salespeople are wonderful. Bedra was so very helpful when we were looking for our furniture for our post-Harvey home. She gave her beautiful design advice and also made the entire experience fun. She helped us to find the perfect statement sectional for our home. Highly recommend shopping with her! You will pay a bit more for the furniture here, but the quality is well worth it (why spend $3000 on a sectional that you are going to have to replace in 2-3 years? Just bite the bullet and buy the better quality piece that will last you 10-15 years instead... better for the environment and your checkbook too!)

When I was searching for a new home, due to COVID, I wanted to make sure the home had a separate space for a home office.

Luckily, I was able to find the perfect home, now it just needed the desk to fill the space.

I started out with all of the classic furniture stores and just didn't see anything that stood out.

Cantoni was the last on my list as I was always under the assumption it was too expensive.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of their stuff was outside of my budget.

But I was able to find a very unique desk, BDI, CORRIDOR 6521 EXECUTIVE DESK - CHOCOLATE WALNUT. It wasn't cheap, but everyone that sees the desk gives me compliments. It was big enough for my dual monitors and plenty of space for all of my papers. And it was not wood! Too many of the options I found around town was repurposed wood.

The delivery was quick and smooth. I would not buy everything here, but I think it's definitely worth a spot when you are furniture shopping in Houston.

We had a very good experience choosing at Cantoni, choosing furniture for our dining room. Zara was very knowledgeable and really helped us with our selection, with her understanding of the products as well as her design flair. The furniture selection is incredible - very modern and sleek. Besides dining table and chairs, we also selected an area rug and modern art picture. We are extremely happy with our choices!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I have been loyal Cantoni customers close to 20 years. We have a great relationship with our sales person Bedra who went above and beyond helping us get the products during crazy year of 2020. It is why it makes me so upset that our experience with Cantoni has been tainted by complete inadequacies exhibited by their customer service department. During the year 2020 we have obtained more than $30k worth of furniture as our house was undergoing construction. When the time came to put out bar stools out, I noticed a rip on one of the shoulders of a chair. I contacted customer service and had an unfortunate conversation with the person named Clara. When I explained my situation I was dismissed immediately and given a phone number of some leather repair agency. I mentioned that I am willing to pay for the services by at least have a Cantoni repair person come and look at it. Once again I was dismissed and told that my only option was some independent agency. I asked for a supervisor and still awaiting a call back. What a shame it is to lose a loyal customer over an issue that was never heard or attempted to be resolved. What a shame it is that a wonderful sales people don't have support that they deserve.

Update- I got a call back from the manager and the situation was resolved amicably . My faith in Cantoni is restored and I am looking forward to many more exquisite furniture purchases !

Interior design is an art. A skilled interior designer combines personal tastes and preferences of clients with artful design. Natalie Kalajo at Cantoni is such a designer. She listens carefully to the needs and tastes of her customers and delights them with the most amazing selection of furniture, upholstery, color palettes, and art to bring the design to life. Our first project with Natalie was our formal dining room. Natalie designed the layout, and recommended the dining table, chairs, buffet, and art to perfectly coordinate with existing furniture in the adjoining living room. The dining room furniture and art brought together the two large adjacent spaces, melding colors and textures in the most pleasing manner. Next, we had Natalie design and select furniture and art for our great room and dinette area. The round dining table with ceramic insert and leather chairs fit perfectly in the space, and flow beautifully with the rest of the furniture. We are delighted with her immense talent, focus, and hard work. She always puts her customers first. At no point did we feel any pressure to make decisions. She was more than accommodating of our tastes, and gladly made changes to give us amazing design options to choose from. We could not be happier with her beautiful designs and collaborative style, and the outstanding customer support from the staff at Cantoni. Our experience is nothing short of outstanding – five out of five stars!

Cantoni is one of my favorite furniture stores for modern pieces. My wife and I have furnished quite a few rooms using their designers and unique pieces. The customer service has been great also as we’ve had small repairs here and there due to the volume of products and manufactures that we’ve used.

Good selection of high end furniture and accessories. I had one of their interior designers come to my place to help with the selection of additional furniture which turned out to be really amazing and it made a big difference in my condo. It’s pricey but it does look truly amazing and the quality is very good too

Purchased a gorgeous table and chairs along with bar stools from Cantoni. They are absolutely stunning! We had wonderful service as we were choosing our items. Natalie was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our choices.

This is an upscale furniture establishment that specializes in custom, Italian leather pieces. Be prepared to make an investment in quality furniture that you will never have to buy again. Andrea, our saleswoman, put together a package for my best friend and I. She went above and beyond, showing us the versatility of the furniture selections we'd made, and helped us put together our color options for customization. It was truly an experience! When we finish customizing the blueprints of our new home, we will definitely furnish it with pieces from Cantoni!

Bought a couple of furniture and home deco from Cantoni in the past. Must say that mostly they’re very lasting and still look elegant and good. Of all these furniture only one has deteriorated in firmness and that is the foam cushion of the leather lounge seating set. Wonder if Cantoni can repair the cushion to its original firmness.

Andrea is my go to person. Been shopping with her for years. Very calm and willing to help. Keeps to her promise and if any issue, she makes sure to fix. Price is on the high side, but products are worth every penny.

From this point forward, it was such a pleasure to meet and work with Natalie I am eagerly anticipating my next design visit to finish my home interior remodel project.

I live in Austin and visited the Houston showroom on a dear friend’s referral, I’m so happy they shared their own wonderful experience. Yes, I drove 3 hours and spent two days working on this first visit for my home redesign and furniture update. The entire Cantoni staff was excellent as well, attentive and alert however not intrusive or overly aggressive as sometimes can happen.

While meeting Natalie and explaining my two-day time frame, my goals and sharing my own interior design background and knowledge, she was immediately clued into my style, focus and needs as a client. Without a doubt her background in design and skills are immediately apparent. Working with such a gifted salesperson makes designing and working on your space extremely easy and relaxing.

As part of my trip I did also visit other showrooms during those two days. They did not measure up although polite and professional as well, the inventory was not comfortable the scale was too small for a true Texan and the materials were not the quality of Cantoni. I asked Natalie “who it was that did the buying for the store”, apparently the owner himself. Another five stars for the great selection of inventory that seamlessly works together so well, truly a gifted eye for style and function.

My final order was gone over in great detail. Every item was verified to meet my requests and needs. The invoicing was clear concise and accurate! It really was such a pleasure thank you Natalie for your wonderful detailed eye, professional work and such warm personal attention.
