Bel Furniture - Memorial

Went to Bel Furniture today. Laveta is a wonderful sales associate! She helped my husband and I pick out a great table. Thank you Laveta for all your help! She is super friendly and very professional. We will be back to see about that couch!!

When my partner and I walked in the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile and asked politely what we were looking for. We pointed to the furniture and was informed that it was sold. So we looked at something else and was satisfied. We explained the service at the other BEL could’ve been better so we decided to get a refund and come here. Mr. Calvin and his associates took care of us and made us feel like we were part of the family. We will definitely be back.

Brian did a great job of showing us options that would be good for us and making sure we were happy with our choices. He was very patient as we looked around and worked to figure out what we wanted. Thanks for all of the help!

I hate shopping, but Lexie made the experience very pleasant. She has a very friendly, helpful, sweet, and sincere personality.
The furniture appears to be good quality, with lots of nice options available.

I'd recommend people to check it out and ask for Lexie if you want an excellent salesperson.

Our sales rep was Ms. Laveta, and helped us find a replacment to a couch they didn't have in stock.

Mr. Muhammad got me approved, was very kind and patient and helped me complete my purchases .Mr. Victor had excellent customer service and expedited my order. Ms. Carla was also very helpful getting my invoice readjusted as I couldn’t make my mind. I changed my invoice three times before making a final decision. These three workers were very patient kind are very professional and much appreciated.

I walked in to get some items bought a whole dining set and 2 full bed frames go them on special. I wanted to also say a big thank you to the Ms. Laveta she was really nice and welcoming when we arrived! She also helped us get the items we were interested in and looked out on the specials they had! Over all she was amazing and made the process smooth! Thank you Ms. laveta!

I was surprised with the prices, extremely low prices and the quality was exactly what my mother in law was looking for.

They greeted us as soon as we came in, they came to offer their help, but she gave us enough room to look without the pressure some vendors put on you that is kind of nasty.

Prices were displayed on every item, and once we were decided, we reached the agent to let her know what we want.

The sales process was super easy, they offered an extra 5 year warranty, without being bullied, and asked us the delivery method.

Thank you thank you Bell Furniture for your generosity, you all are amazing. About a month ago one of my friends had a brain hemorrhage while visiting Houston from overseas few days before him and his family were supposed to go back, he was is in ICU for 3 weeks. He got better and out of danger but he needs many months of therapy to hopefully fully recover. He doesn't have job now, but he has a House in Katy that was rented while he was working overseas but the tenants were about to leave so the family decided to move in to Houston permanently and move to their house to get the medical help he needs. I posted their sad story on Facebook for my friends to do prayers for him and if anyone wanted to help. Less than an hour I got a massage from Nazila one of the owners at Bell Furniture asking how can they can help. I asked if they have any broken furniture or even used beds that would help the family. The respond from Nazila was "I will furniture the house" Waw..sure enough within few days the whole house was furnished free of charge, you can see some in the photos I posted, they even sent a dinning room set with the breakfast area set that the family sent back because they didn't have a dining room, what a generosity!!! The family was so happy and thankful for this generosity. I can't thank everyone one at Bell Furniture enough for this kind gesture for their kindness and generosity. You all made a huge impact on this family who their life changed overnight after the accident. God bless each and every one of you and reward you for all your good deeds ❤🌹

The customer service was wonderful! Robert greeted me the moment I entered the store. I was able to find everything I needed and he convinced to get a warranty to protect my furniture from stains in the future. It wasn’t too expensive either— I got a good deal and I got a lot that’s for sure! (Also, I came in and looked at everything— I took forever to decide. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all; I really appreciate that!) Thanks again for assisting me through the process Robert! I will be back for more in the future!

Calvin is THE best he answered all my questions, showed me multiple options, and made sure I had all the facts to make my decision.....Brian helped finalize my purchase and explained the delivery process, he was friendly and professional. Overall great team & store! 😃

Laveta was great in helping us make a choice. She was great in explaining all of our options for payment, delivery and warranty/insurance. I def recommend speaking with her when it comes to your furniture needs. Laveta was very sweet and professional through the entire process.
