POGI realty helped my husband and I buy our first home. The home buying process can be scary and feels like stepping into the unknown (specially when you’re the first homebuyer in your family!), but Marcos took good care of us. From our first meeting, he walked us through the steps and was In constant contact with us. I researched throughout the years knowing one day I would like to own a home and that’s how I knew Marcos and POGI knew what they were talking about and were really advising and looking out for our best interest. Buying a home is a huge decision and you want to go with folks that make you feel comfortable and know what their doing. I had the pleasure of working with Erica Castro and my experience was amazing from start to finish. She is very polite and knowledgable in her field. She had no issues with the millions of questions and concerns that I shot her way. She gave very informative answers. She goes the extra mile to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. During my home buying process, her daughter became sick, but she was still trying to make sure I has happy and pleased every step of the way. That was unbelievable to me and just goes to show that she takes much pride her work and really cares about her clients. If you're looking for a realtor she is the way to go!!!

If I could, I would give POIG Realty ten stars! My previous realtor had the listing for 6 months (June to December) and never got a legitimate offer. I signed up with POIG Realty mid December and they got me a $400 K cash offer the first week January!!! I was in my new home by the first of February. I will always be grateful to POIG Realty for going above and beyond to sell my townhouse!
