My friend selected this spot to purchase a firearm. He told me once I got there he met a guy Adolfo, who will be assisting me. I came in. I told Adolfo what I was looking for what I wanted, and he showed me a few guns that he felt would fit me and my personality, and he showed me how to use it he was very patient very knowledgeable and we had fun with it. I had fun with my experience and Ginger was really good with checking me out. I completed my paperwork it didn’t take long at all. I didn't feel pressured into getting something nor neglected in what I was looking for. (Sorry I was looking busted in the pic lmao)

Collector’s firearms is indeed “ The BEST damn gun store in the world.” This is literally the only gun store in Houston, TX that I go to. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Ms. Nicole is very awesome she took care of all my background and transfers with diligence. I recommend to everyone visiting or otherwise. You will not regret it.

I went in on 3/3/24 and was looking for something new. Ramon assisted me in making the right purchase. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I left with something I would be satisfied with. He was just a salesman in the sense that he would just sell me anything. He made sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. Was helped by Salt N’ Pepper who were an immense help! Very quick with the purchasing process that made a first time experience a great one. Will definitely be returning for another purchase.

Came in the store on a sunny Monday to look at new toy, got politely greeted. Asked to look and feel for different weapons, assistance was on point. Decided to get a purchase and the process went smooth, make sure to ask for sodas they offer them as well while you wait :). Nicole took care of us and made the process smooth and easy. Will recommend to stop by and check em out.

Got a beautiful firearm from Guy and Tim. They worked with me to get me a firearm I agreed with and met my needs instead of pushing the most expensive firearm out there. During processing Mrs. Nicole and Mrs. Ginger helped me out and made the process go by smoothly and quickly. I’ll definitely come by here again!

The head guy with the cowboy hat took the time to help me and went out of his way to address my particular needs for a firearm. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Ramon was the most helpful person here!! Even educated us on different types of styles. Very patient and kind as well. Might I add great customer service wish I could give home a 100 stars instead!

Best selection in Houston. Mason walked around the store with the entire time. He did an awesome job with a crazy amount of knowledge on all everything we were looking at. Nicole and ginger were really nice while we were checking out and helped us with all the paperwork.

I’ve had a ww2 German mauser 98k for a very long time. It was passed down from my great grandfather that was in ww2 and he brought the rifle back from the war. It’s been such an awesome piece to have around and I’ve been wanting to shoot it forever but never got around to doing anything with it. I finally took the time to try and find somewhere to have it inspected, fixed (if needed but it didn’t), and cleaned. After finding Collectors Firearms I called and was pleased to find out that they would be able to take care of it for me. I brought the rifle up to them and got extremely lucky to catch a military historian that they have. He went into great detail about the rifles and the war. While speaking with him he was disassembling the rifle and was quick to tell me it was safe to shoot which was great to hear. After some more inspecting he also informed me that the rifle had all matching numbers on the parts. Nothing mismatched. He explained that this was pretty rare to see considering most of these mauser rifles were thrown together with whatever parts they could find and sold to the US (as I was told). It was a great experience and I learned a lot. It was awesome to hear that I have a pretty rare piece and it was great to learn about it and the history. I left it with them for about two weeks to have it taken apart, cleaned, and lubricated. It feels like a brand new rifle now. I was extremely pleased with my experience and it brought great joy to me to be able to finally take it to the range and make use of it.He insisted that I never sell it and I never plan to. Time to go take it to the range and bring it back to life!

I would give more stars if I could, this place is always a treat to go to. A very large selection of a bit of everything. Nicole, Ginger, and Ray made our experience every easy!

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.Ginger, Linsey, Dan, George were Always helpful every time I come to the store to purchase a firearm. The store has a wide variety of different historical and rare firearms, always a blast touring the gun store. It’s like a history Museum.

Customer service was great! So helpful. I purchased a rifle from WWII. The sales men were very informed about the history and production of the rifle I purchased. The staff was super helpful through the entire process. Fair priced! Impressive collection!

Everyone was very helpful! Especially Rudufo, Nicole and Jose. Greg was the person who made my gun hostler for my SIG. I’m very satisfied with everything and everyone here in the store!
