I went to look at the Nike Mule slides for my family. The customer service was ok. They were so bunched up on their phones. Talking and laughing. The service was Tauren care of.

Friendly employees, very helpful. I went to buy Crocs and they helped me find my size.

Store is clean. We found some great finds. They had a great sale going. Will come back.

I purchased a pair of foamposite, didn't realize they was two different sizes until my daughter open her gift, this was a month later. I thought I was out of luck and out of $180 dollars. I called the store explain the situation, and he told me, just bring in the shoes, I'm thinking he going to say there's nothing he can do....I thought wrong, he said you always shop here, what size you need, went to the back, got a fresh pair, give me a receipt and email receipt, told me if they don't fit bring them back. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE, not only did he suggest that i get a bigger size , because he remembered they were tight when she tried the Jordan's last time, somebody get this man a raise. Without a doubt this the only place in buying shoe...#customer4life

The store is great however, they are not open. Google is saying they are currently open 12 to 6 for curbside pickup. I've been calling for 2 days and no one is answering the phone at the location in PlazaAmericas. I made a blank trip going off of what the store hours are saying. So don't waste your time going. No one will assist you.

Elliot offered GREAT customer service. He was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me EVERY pair of shoes in the size I asked.

I bought Jordans from here for 2 years straight. Now Im finding out they're all fake. I tried listing them on Facebook and got clowned. I plan to sue them for this B.S.!
