Wife and I are very impressed with DrMasak . Excellent interaction with us and very impressive with his experience in dentistry. We feel very fortunate to have chosen DrMasak as we are new to the area .

Great people, Listen too you treat you like a person. Don't try to add on extra things for cleaning or dental work without tell you whats going on. Will work with you on billing as long as you pay a % every month. I was out of plan here for awhile but still choose to go here and pay a little more beacuse its that much better.

I had not been to a dentist in 15 years.

Throughout the years as a child and growing into an adult, I have had so much dental anxiety as a result of old school dentistry that I became terrified to sit in that stupid chair. When I called Dr Masak’s office to take that first step of actually making an appointment, Drae was so awesome and comforting. By the time I hung up, I was super emotional and she welcomed me with open arms and reassured me I was making the right choice.

At my first appointment Dr. Masak spent about 30 minutes just talking to me before he even looked in my mouth, because he understood my anxiety and listened. He told me that he will only do what I’m comfortable with. I’m now six appointments in and I can firmly say that I love going to the dentist again. I never thought I’d actually say that. But I look forward to walking in to see Drae, all the hygienists and Dr. John greeting me as a friend and a real person, not just a patient. These people have changed my entire outlook on dentistry and I cannot wait for my 6-month check-up!! I can’t thank them enough for all their love and compassion. Thank you.

Honestly, Dr. Masak and his team are truly exceptional. I've had only the best experiences here. Every time I've come into their office, I'ma always greeted by the friendly staff. They have no problem explaining anything I might not understand. Overall, just a great facility, I definitely recommend it.

Dr. Masak is my favorite dentist and I wish I found his practice years ago. I was very skeptical at first (due to many previous bad dentist experiences) but I also had an open mind. DR Masak and staff are truly so kind and they all really tend to your needs and wants , they really listen to you. Too many times I have encountered dentists that are just out to make money but DR.Masak and his lovely staff are nothing like this. I am truly grateful and blessed to have him as my dentist. My fear of going to the dentist is gone . 😊

Dr. Masak is the best dentist that I have ever had in my entire life! He is the only dentist that I trust to work on my teeth because he is very honest, knowledgeable, and caring! He also has an awesome sense of humor. He was my dentist prior to me moving away from Appleton 15 years ago. After years of frustration looking for a kind dentist in central Wisconsin, I decided to drive over an hour to be his patient again. I felt like the prodigal son when he and his staff welcomed me back with open arms. They were very understanding when I explained it had been several years since having my teeth cleaned. Dr Masak and his staff are very friendly and always willing to spend time answering any questions or concerns you may have.

They really care, taking their time to thoroughly check your teeth, gums, tongue, mouth; they really treat you like family. Dr. Masak is a wonderful dentist and a great person. After my cleaning, my teeth felt the cleanest they have ever felt!

Our family of 6 have been dental patients of Dr. John G Masak for over 20 years. The entire staff is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. The hygienists and doctor are genuinely concerned for our oral health and comfort as well as our over-all health. The office is very clean and has state of the art equipment. We trust Dr. Masak and his office for all our dental needs.

The team at “Smile On, Appleton” is kind-natured, courteous, and compassionate. Dr. Massak’s assistants and office staff are understanding, encouraging, and lively. Dr. Massak is exceedingly kind; he gives you all of the options that would work for your individual situation and helps you weigh the cost VS longevity in a manner that truly allows you to steer your plan of care. Dr. Massak is the first dentist I’ve ever had who asked me what my dental concerns were; he steps beyond the immediate care plan to make sure your long-term plan of care is formed to your personal goals and your own vision of what your smile can be. I was 20 years old the first time I saw Dr. Massak; I’d never had great oral-hygiene before. Rather than shaming me or my upbringing, they taught me how to cultivate a properly structured oral-hygiene routine that would fit within my daily routine. The office is quick to return phone calls, zero-interest payment plans are available, and payments can be taken over the phone.

I will have to give credit where credit is due if you live in the Appleton, Wisconsin area. I will highly suggest this Dr. Masak. Not only has he proven his professionalism. He also showed his compassion as a true Dr. It was on the start of COVID. I called 11 (eleven) dentist and "dental associations" and NOT one dentist would even talk to me not even answer my phone call. I had a toothache (a bad tooth). My only option is to go to the ER where they charged me a Arm and (half) a leg. Then Dr. Masak called me back. Explained to me to "tend to the infection". The ER gave me antibiotics. Once done, Dr. Masak seen me. I am a 9 year veteran. (Yes, not even the VA was seeing anyone). My respect to masak to see me in a time that was in hardship due to the covid but willing to service my needs is beyond words. Let me add, There was no neglect in the precautions due to covid. He followed standard CNC procedure. But to see me in a time of need. Veterans we all know that a toothache can lead us out of commission. I am truelly thankful of his compassion, professional and skill. He changed my life. I dont want to forget his staff. They are beyond friendly. The team Dr. Masak has truelly reflects his integrity. Only once walking through the door, You are greeted as close to family as you can get. I cannot get over the respect I get just from a casual conversation I get with them.

I like Dr. Masak a lot. I like that he asks me what "I want done", and doesn't just tell me what "he" plans on doing. His staff is amazing, you couldn't ask for friendlier people.
He's helped me to save money as my teeth are not in the greatest condition where others would only try to get me to spend a fortune.

i am so very pleased and delighted with the work Dr . John and his kind , helpful , very competent and professional team have accomplished , with the extreme case i presented to them . i was known to refer to my smile as a gruesome grill , which was unfortunately very accurate. Thankfully Dr John loves a challenge and i 'm delighted to share that he was up for the task and more !!! i'm 64 years young and have "never " had nice teeth , i'll spare the details , however NOW i have an amazing smile and my teeth actually meet / touch on both sides of my mouth for the FIRST time in my life !!!!!!! Needless to say i'm excited and totally blessed by Dr. John and his entire staff , he was very personable and he actually enjoyed the creative challenge my case presented. Dr Masak and his staff and great! My husband and I have been patients for 5 years and our toddler just recently started going as well and loved his visit.
