Inexpensive, practical footwear, polite and responsive staff.

I just want to first start off by saying Evelyn was a great help in finding shoes for my kids which are a headache for me so I just want to say thank you for being patient with me and my children. Also this store is ALWAYS clean and stocked

Purchased 3 pair of shoes for my husband. All 3 great - just what he was looking for. Also one half price. Service was great too.

I arrived 5 minutes before closing & not one of their employees gave me any dirty looks. I received fast, friendly service, & the girl who was helping me didn’t seem to mind bringing out multiple boxes of various styles, as I had a little trouble finding a great fit. Finally found the perfect pair & bought them.

Good clean location with a great selection of their shoes . Accsionally the only issue you might run into is they may be sold out of your size in store. No worries though because they can order them for you

You can get a much better deal than the other outlets because it has clearance section.

The tattooed manager dude, seemed burnt out and tired. Felt like he hates the customers. Overall the store was fun to shop at though. Recommended.

Excellent customer service. A guy from a different shoe section went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes I found on amazon. Unfortunately was not available, but i am happy with the service provided at the store.

Dragged a friend in this store. Being a clearance warehouse, there isn't a GIANT selection, but certainly enough. My friend bought three pairs of shoes!!

If, and I do mean if, they have your size in inventory they represent some of the most comfortable everyday shoes out there

Great. I returned shoes l bought online and staff was very nice.

They have a really big clearance sections mostly 50 and 70% off shoes. The employees were really nice and helped me and my husband look for our shoes. I did think It was really funny the employee gave us stickers at the end.

I have issues with my arches and shoes don't last long for me. The shoes here last slightly longer but the factory outlet sells them for such low prices I cant find somewhere else that has better selection for the price. The memory foam insoles also give some comfort to my feet. If you want a decent shoe at an unbeatable price the factory outlet is the place to shop.

I went for a tennis to work on restaurants

It's a pretty big store. We don't live close by at all and we make the long drive to come here for the good prices they have. They have great sales sometimes and we get my daughter's shoes and my own shoes for the year. Their shoes last long. They have a lot to offer.

While I didn't find the right shoe, the store was clean and had some really good music playing. The selection really varied with the clearance items in the back. You really have to go in and try out the shoes.

all skechers, return school discount is great! will go there next time.

Bought two pairs of Skechers from here today. A young lady by the name of Jacqueline was super helpful, seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me out. My only issue with this store is that the guy with the super short black hair didn’t seem like a very nice person. Just seemed rude in general and didn’t look like he wanted to help me. But I’m a happy man cause I found two pairs of shoes that fit my wide feet! If you ever go to this store and need help please ask Jacqueline for it instead of the other guy.
