What can I say that hasn't been said. This was my first time in and Doug treated me like an old friend. He helped me to make sure what I was getting was what I needed. This is how business should be done. Great people and great knowledge.

Super Great Business Holders – very customer oriented to supply guidance and assist their community to keep it fastened. I drove up right past closing time and was taken care of with critical spare parts for personal needs.

Went in looking for a specialty swing set bolt that they unfortunately didn't carry but the employees were super helpful and super sweet. Ended up going with another option that worked perfectly and my grandkids got the swing set that evening. Would much rather shop here than the large box stores!!!

Always a joy coming to this place been using for about 10 years now they never say no I don’t got it. It’s let me see what we can do I call you in when I got and and a day later I have what I need. If you are in need of bolts, washers, etc. I highly recommend this place!! The customer service here is spectacular! I was in need of two bolts with washers and I wasn't a hundred percent sure if they were the right ones, so they gave them to me for free! I'm definitely coming back and I highly recommend everyone else to do the same!
