Phillip in the print center is above and beyond. I called in with a big need to a huge event in Dallas. It was about an hour before closing. He walked me through process and had my order ready in less than 30 minutes. Huge deal and I will not forget his kindness. Truly the definition of an above and beyond employee! I was in a really tight bind and David in the Print & Marketing Department could not have been more patient and helpful. I really appreciate their willingness to help me navigate through getting my print order set up and picked up. He even helped walk me through the website step by step.

Very friendly staff! Clean, organized and easy to find parking outside. I wish they carry more furniture but what they have is great and you can order online. Great place to print business cards and posters.

Exceptional, customer service is so hard to come by these days. Chris, was so informative and helpful, that he turned my not so good of a day around. I walked in, in a blah mood and walked out with a smile on my face. We've been searching for an employee with exceptional customer service for two months now, and have yet to find the right fit. Very helpful! We needed help finding things twice, and they were friendly and accommodating. At the register one of our items rang up a significantly higher price than what we had seen on the isle....the clerk didn't hesitate to fix it and give us the discount.

Phillip was so nice and knowledgeable about everything I asked him about from printers to weird size batteries. He helped me save a ton of $ thanks to him explaining to me about how HP Instant Ink works. And then when I went to check out Zoey was equally nice and took his time looking up my account because their wifi wasn't working. Thanks Staples! Great team

Anytime I need anything office related I almost always come here first, due to Walmart always being a slight madhouse. Never take for granted smooth music over the loudspeaker and knowing you won’t have to be hounded by an associate every five seconds.

This place is fast, friendly and great. Amy is the best at the print shop. This is the only place you will go where you’re greeted by many helpful employees.
