Love this store! Great modern selection of furniture & accessories. The quality & the customer service I have received on a couple of different purchases was top notch. Great communication from start to delivery finish! Antonio was a dream to work with & super helpful as I was hunting for a very specific size & detail for a particular piece. He covered all my options - even some that were not on the floor.
I also compared an item they had which I think was identical to one at High Fashion Home - Modern Furniture definitely had the better deal!

I am travel from New Mexico to Houston for business and search up for modern funiture and so far Antonio and Karen very helpful. Looking forward to buy stuff from them. But still try to figured way to bring back to New Mexico. But definitely quality look great so far.

Every time I visit the store, I come away even more impressed. On my second visit on October 13, 2020, I purchased nearly $7,000 worth of one-of-a-kind Living Room and Office furniture I'm unlikely to find anywhere else anytime soon, and they've been worth every penny.

Karen is the ultimate host, patiently guiding me through my choices and answering every question. And at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. When I had a problem with a unique floor-standing lamp in my purchase that stopped working after one week, Tommy quickly stepped in and ordered a replacement, no questions asked. Even amid the pandemic, delivery and setup have been second to none — on time, professional and excellent to perfection.

Modern Furniture is not your run-of-the-mill furniture store. It represents the high end of design excellence, with impeccable customer service to match. I am very happy with my purchases to date and highly recommend you give them a shot.

I will say this is the one of the best modern furniture store in Houston. I almost bought all my furniture from this store. They have good prices and the best taste. You cant leave this store without buying something from them. And very good customer service.👍👍

I never write reviews but chose to write one for Modern Furniture based on my recent experience. I just bought my first home, and I went to stores all around town. Majority of the stores I visited either had a small selection or their prices were significantly outside of my budget. Karen at Modern Furniture went over the type of furniture I needed and made every effort to accommodate my budget. The large ticket item was a large living room sofa. Although several in the store were under consideration, Karen also provided several catalogs with customizable options to select from. Karen ordered the piece for me and communicated regularly on delivery updates. The staff delivered and installed the sofa with ease. Since the largest part of my budget was spent on a sofa, Karen aided in selecting other pieces that matched. Thanks to her help I was able to decorate my new home within my budget. Based on previous negative experiences buying furniture for apartments from other stores, I wanted to leave this review thanking Karen and everyone at Modern Furniture. The process could not have gone smoother.

I had an amazing experience picking out unique furniture with an outstanding staff!! I recommend coming here for at least one thing to my create great energy in your space; leave with more than one thing if your can- the staff will be with you every step of the best. Karen was great for me throughout my entire process and I'm stoked for what I'll be receiving at the price I got it.

This is the best furniture store for modern and contemporary style furniture. We recently got a new house and had the entire house furnished from here. They have a really good variety of very trendy furniture. Tommy(owner) was awesome. He gave us really good prices. We really appreciate him helping us out with any issues we had. He was willing to work with us and give us reasonable options. The furniture is beautiful and we were very happy with the overall experience.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I can't possibly tell you how amazing my salesperson, Karen, was. I felt very comfortable in the store, and every piece of furniture, and every accessory, is gorgeous !!!!! I have purchased a lot of pieces from them, and I love every one of them. I LOVE Modern Furniture! Tommy, Tommy's sister (apologize I'm old and I often forget names), Luis, and the entire staff is awesome! Prior to going to Modern Furniture, I patronized another furniture store for 20 years. I am quite loyal when I find what I like. I happened to venture into Modern Furniture and I am always impressed with how outstanding the showroom looks. I'm greeted with a hug and a smile. Tommy is always willing to work with the customer to provide great customer service. I furnished my condo in the Four Seasons with the awesome Michael Amini Overture Furniture from Modern Furniture. I get so many compliments. Now I'm remodeling three (3) rooms in my home in Pearland and I purchased another Michael Amini bedroom set from Modern Furniture. I ordered the furniture and it arrived before my contractors had completed the remodeling. No problem! Tommy stored the furniture for me! I went in to get a sample of the color to match the paint. Tommy went out of his way to get a ladder, cut me a piece of the panel that I purchased and happily gave it to me so I could match the paint. Being a business owner myself, I understand why it is posted on the window prior to entering, "no photos," The person who had an issue with this could have saved herself the discomfort and read the sign before entering. Most furniture stores prohibit photos. That's not new news. Thank you Modern Furniture for the most beautiful showroom I've seen which drew me away from the other furniture store I had patronized over 20 years. Your place is always gorgeous! You and your staff are always welcoming and accommodating as possible and I appreciate all you do to make my experience exceptional. I love my furniture and all the accessories I purchase at Modern Furniture. I'm always so happy with your displays which makes it hard for me to leave the store. Tommy is the good guy. I bought furniture and other stuff from here . Very fancy and attractive but also pricey. But worth it.

Modern furniture has the best selection and best prices in houston. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and they can pretty much find any style of furniture you like and can order it and have it in your house in a few days.
