My parents had prepaid final arrangements and Cashner made us feel so cared for as it was time to say our final farewell and to my dad. Every detail was seamless and Chrysten and the Cashner staff went above and beyond to meet our needs as we said goodbye. Thank you for such compassion and professionalism. The Honors Burial was an amazing final salute to my dad’s life of service to God, country, family and the Conroe Community.

My experience with everyone at Cashners was excellent. My mom had previously made arrangements, but the rest of the details were up to me. I was very comfortable with the help of the ladies in finishing up the final arrangements, and opening and closing the final placement of the urn went smooth as I was helped in the placement of the few things I wanted to put in there.

I recently worked with Shane (Marcus) on the planning of my Dad’s service. As you can imagine it was a very difficult time and there were so many decisions to be made. Shane did a wonderful job walking me through each step and helped guide me through my decisions. He made sure even the smallest details were tended to. Especially ensuring our flowers were exactly as we wanted for Dad (sharing pic).

Shane’s communications were prompt and he never hesitated to answer my many, many questions. He really went above and beyond to make the experience go smoothly, fit my family's needs and made it feel personal.

Due to scheduling, Shane was not able to be there on the day of my Dad’s service, but Rachel was there. She was just as kind and attentive as Shane.

Everybody I encountered at Cashner were very kind as well. I am grateful that the Cashner helped make this difficult time a little less stressful for my family.

All services provided went very smoothly. The deceased had made all the arrangements before his passing. That gave me comfort in knowing what my friend wanted upon his death. All parties involved were very professional and compassionate. Thank you, Cashner Funeral Home

Everyone was kind and patient with my son and I. They were also respectful and dignified at the Requiem Mass held for my husband. They took care that my wishes were followed by those at the gravesite. I have already made my final arrangements with Cashmer and I highly recommend them.

I attended the viewing for my brother's former wife. The chapel is nicely appointed with a beautiful stained glass window. It's a calm and peaceful setting.

Losing my husband on December 2, 2022 is the most difficult loss of my life. He passed suddenly and completely unexpectedly, right in front of me, at the age of 65. Shock, disbelief and grief are powerful emotions. Planning his funeral was nothing close to what I was prepared to do.
I had been to only a couple of funerals recently, one of which was held at Cashner Funeral Home. I truly had no particular inclination to make this choice other than I simply was forced to choose a funeral home. I praise God for placing Cashner on my heart!
From the moment Rachel Kyle greeted me and my family to the day I picked up my husband ashes, we felt her heartfelt concern for our loss, she became part of our family! The details were handled with grace. Her kindness, thoughtfulness and willingness to meet our EVERY need and concern went over and above our expectations. Every moment was met with complete consideration of what we were experiencing through this incredible loss.
She placed my personal needs above all else! I simply couldn't have appreciated her more! I only had to focus on my husband and my loss because she MADE SURE every detail was taken care of so I had nothing else to focus on! She was assisted by Monica, who genuinely cared equally about our needs. We never felt rushed or were made to feel we were imposing with our requests. This makes a world of difference, as the home I used for my mom's service was completely opposite in comparison. This is not a time anyone wants to have to deal with, especially when it's unexpected. I so, so highly recommend Cashner Funeral Home so that your ONLY concern is your grief and not the possibility of a commercially cold and uncaring place you may experience elsewhere. From the viewing on Tuesday to the Celebration of Life on Wedsnesday, to picking up the ashes a few days later, I was completely at peace with these amazingly caring individuals! God bless each one of them for their guidance and help through all of this.

We have found Cashner to be very professional & helpful while working with us. Our family would highly recommend Brandy Williams Sullivan that works for Cashner. She takes her time & helps people make difficult choices that are the best & affordable for them & their family in a very caring manner. Our family feels they have made the decisions that best fit our needs at this time & recommend Cashner to others as well.

The process for my dad’s funeral was very well managed. It was a very challenging time for me personally but Cashner took complete ownership of the funeral and burial services. I didn’t worry about anything.

The loss of my Dad was very unexpected and I had never planned a burial or funeral before. The team at Cashner handled everything in such a compassionate and professional way that I almost forgot that I was grieving for a few moments (which was a relief)
Their suggestions and willingness to go the extra mile were just what my family and I needed to get through this very difficult and painful time. During the burial and celebration of life services, the funeral directors were always right there when needed. I would most certainly recommend Cashner to others.

My heart was so broken the night I lost my husband. When cashner funeral home came to pick him up they showed us so much empathy it helped us get through the first step of parting with him. Through out the entire funeral they were always there for us and showed so much love. Thank you to all there employees for making this easier on all of us.

It is sad when a loved one leaves us. My family had a painful moment and being fairly new in this awesome country, we've never experienced a loss here before.

We visited some funeral homes and it was a terrible experience, most people treat you like if you were buying a car, with no respect for your loved one.

At Cashner, all the staff was very respectful, they treated us with dignity and demonstrated what a human being is suposses to be when helping another one in pain.

I would like to specially thank Ms. Rachel Kyle, she is the most compassive, caring and sensitive person that can provide you with answers, solutions and with calming voice that will make you feel that you are in the right place.

Here, you will feel the peace your loved one deserves.

Thank you

Let me begin by saying our experience with Cashner Funeral Home was nothing less than phenomenal.
When considering everyone is emotionally wrenched after losing a loved one, it was comforting to have a funeral director act with such respect and dignity towards my Mom and the loved ones present to support her.
Marcus Shane Baker received us and made us feel like we were being treated as ‘one of the family’. He coordinated with additional service firms as requested, without hesitation, securing our loved one's internment in his hometown several hours away.
All funeral options were presented to the family, from flowers to prayer services and so many other things one might normally be unaware of or forget. All our questions were answered with honesty and without pressure to commit to anything we weren’t interested in.
The things we did opt into as part of the funeral, were beautiful and professionally presented. The facility itself provided a very respectful venue for our loved one’s memorial service, everyone who attended mentioned how nice everything was.
From handling the respectful acquisition of the deceased, to bringing awareness of things that will need to be addressed after losing a loved one, Shane was exceptional towards my mom. He has always been available for questions and eager to help with anything, even after funeral services have been performed. I'd also like to thank everyone who works there as support staff, they deserve our appreciation as well. Our family is ever so grateful that we chose Cashner for the services they provide.

Thank You with all Sincerity,
Karl Wolff

Recently had a very good experience in planning our future arrangements at Cashner Funeral Home and Garden Cemetery in Conroe, TX. Our customer representative, Angela Garman, was very informative, organized and efficient, but beside being very good at her job, she was very helpful, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Thanks!

Typically when planning a funeral, you are already in a very emotional, stressed state. No matter what the circumstances, you have suffered a great loss. The folks at Cashner Funeral Home recognized that, respected that and helped guide me through some very personal and important decisions. In the end, the service that was arranged for, for my dear mother was beautiful and their coordination of the events was seamless.. The staff was professional, courteous, compassionate and worked together as one team. Thank you to Rachel and all the fine folks there at Cashners. I would not hesitate to recommend Cashner Funeral Home.

We received excellent services at Cashner. They were very kind and patient. The facilities are very nice. The only thing missing was some ideas of handling the visitation and the exiting of guest from the funeral. I had people comment on it being a very different visitation from others they had attended but we had no idea what was normal. Also, I would have preferred that people exiting the funeral passed by the family but didn't know that wouldn't be the case until it was too late to change it and I ended up having to quickly text my close friends to tell them about the reception.
