First Community Credit Union

We recently got a car loan through Forest City Motor with the First Community Credit Union. It was easy and I was helped setting up the reorccuring payments. Like it so far!

I became a member Sep 2019 with an auto loan, FCCU made everything very easy for me. Three months later I transferred another auto loan to FCCU, from a large national bank that I was not happy with. By the time I drove to my branch the paper work was organized, financial department was waiting and ready to explain everything to me, I happily signed the papers and have been a satisfied customer ever since.

Excellent service. Everytime I visit this location I am greeted by the most friendliest and professional staff. They handle all my banking needs exactly how I ask. Making every visit very productive. Finally real customer service.

First Community is truly that...first in community relations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When looking for a car loan, they offered a few different ways to finance. When looking at a home mortgage, they had so many different options for me. This credit union is a credit to Beloit and our community.

Awesome and easy to work with. Best rates no questions asked. I have received my last 3 car loans right here. Including a refinance with my wife’s car as they offered the best interest rate locally. A loyal customer for sure.

I’ve had my bank acct at this credit union for a couple of years. Everyone is polite and respectful. I recently purchased a vehicle. The dealership gave me an outraged high interest. I asked my credit union if they were able to refinance my current loan to a lower rate and of course they said yes. They ran my credit I was approved for a great rate. The process was easy. Highly recommended.

Everyone treats you like a good friend, going out of their way in any way they can to assist you with your needs. Their rates are very competitive and the extra services they have available through the mobile app have been invaluable during the pandemic.

First Community Credit Union has been the easiest credit union to use. I simply have direct deposits taken out of my check and deposited into my account. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Thanks for being great at what you do.

It's funny I have only ever spoken to people from the credit union over the phone. I have never been to any of the branches, but i have 2 loans through 1st Comm. When ever I call people ate very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I have never spoken to anyone that has had a bad attitutde,. Its great to deal with people that treat you with respect.!

The girls were very helpful on finding out if someone had sent a bad check for me prior to cashing it. It was a non existent account and I would have been out a large amount of monies! Cannot say that law enforcement was any help at all... They will file a report only if you are losing money, and for an insurance claim. So I guess this is why we pay so much for insurance. I wish they had a deot to combat fraud.

We have been banking with First Community for many years now and their customer service is fabulous. We’ve been able to secure great rates for any loans we’ve acquired through them. They have several branch locations which make it great and easy to visit any location needed. Highly recommend doing all of your banking with FCCU. You won’t be disappointed.

Went in to see about a auto loan for granddaughter, had check in hand the next day. Granddaughter was dealing with her credit union for over a month and still didn’t have a check.

I have had my account with FCCU for some years now. I have never had an issue. If I have questions they are always helpful in answering them or getting someone else that can help. The tellers are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend FCCU to family and friends!

I am new to the Credit Union mentality and processes, but have grown to appreciate a good thing when I see (and experience) the environment of the Beloit branch staff at work. I have found my interactions with the staff to be above excellant and extremely enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and put your trust (and financial affairs) with First Community Credit Union!

We just joined First Community Credit Union of Beloit when we bought our new car. Loan went through smoothly and we have set up online banking. We are happy with all the services and have made our first payment online with our checking account. I have called for assistance and received prompt attention and help. Very Satisfied customer.

We are fairly new to this credit union within the past year but we are beyond happy with all of the benefits and resources available to us for being their customer and belonging to their credit union. The customer service is so personal we give them a five star of excellence!!!!!
