CVS Pharmacy y más

After spending eight hours in the emergency room, I wanted to pick up my prescription on the way home. This is a 24 hour pharmacy so I called the pharmacist and she had it ready for me by the time I got there and was so nice!

Always helpful, courteous, and kind. I ask them about prescriptions as well as general medical questions. I have seen them on some of the worst feeling days of my life and they provided caring service and even made me smile (sorta, cuz I was really feeling bad) Everyone else could take lessons from their customer service.

Love this place because the pharmacy is open 24/7 which is convenient when I need to pick up medicine sooner than later after getting a prescription.

I LOVE coming to this CVS, the staff is always friendly and always ask if you need assistance. They have great deals and always smells clean.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I am always greeted when I enter the store and I am always asked if I need assistance finding anything. I appreciate stores like this.

FAST/FRIENDLY SERVICE

Was trying to us goodrx gold card for advertised price .. Wasn't honored.. Not sure if was CVS or goodrx foul up .. Pharmacist was nice and courteous..

Pharmacy is usually pretty packed and the lines move slowly. The drive thru lane has only one lane, it’d be nice if they had two like Walgreens on Frazier.

Usually have normal experience... I went to get castor oil and spent 5 min standing in laxative aisle looking for it... finally asked the pharmacy for help, since laxative aisle is right in front of them... lady said, castor oil should be on laxative aisle, and nothing more... so I spent another 5min looking... finally just went to a floor worker who actually walked with me, and handed it to me... turns out it wasn't even on the laxative aisle... I was pretty annoyed pharmacy didn't take the 30 seconds out their day to actually look with me... I usually have much better experiences...

Every month I have to wait 20 plus minutes in store for them to fix my prescription. Always the same mistake, 90 days supply vs 30 days. With my insurance and a manufacturer coupon I pay $5 for a 30 day supply. But Every month they prepare a 90 days supply and want to charge me $135. It's ridiculous! Charging $120 more for the same thing. They know the system charge more that way so they keep trying... it's frustrating!

The drive thru needs to be a drive thru no drive and stay 10 minutes. people come to the drive thru for something that needs to be dealt with at the window. Stop it! it’s a DRIVE THRU. If you have questions about your insurance get inside. 😡
