I came in so sick they got to me in a timely manner but then the way I was treated was AMAZING! I had two nurses and the doctor on duty was wonderful!!! They put warm blankets on me and gave me a comfortable pillow. Thank you three ladies so much for your compassion. 🥰

I am very pleased with the care my 4 month old daughter received at SJHP UC. They acted very quickly to make sure my daughter was well taken care of. The staff was more than supportive and helpful. Very thankful for their help and support during a very stressful time.

My visit was for a dog bite. I received attention fairly soon after arriving. The staff were very professional and personable. Registration was prompt and easy process.

Earlier this month I had to go to the urgent care. Let me just say, the upfront staff are so wonderful! I was feeling pretty bad hence the reason I was there. Anyway, the front end ladies were so kind and caring. They could tell I was not feeling well and quickly took my information so that I could sit down. Upon being called into triage, the assistant showed compassion as I explained all I was feeling. She made it clear I had her complete attention. The Nurse Practitioner I met with was very professional, kind, and caring while going over results with me from the tests that were taken. She made sure I understood every word and asked if I had any questions. I did not once feel rushed, disregarded or "just a number". I left with answers and a clear understanding of the issue. Thank you San Juan Regional Urgent Care for being so professional and caring!

Went to Urgent Care with a bad cough. You figured I needed lab tests which you didn’t have the ability to do so you sent me by ambulance to SJRMC where I was admitted for pneumonia.
Thank you for your caring I am now on my way to recovery .
This is the third time I have been to Urgent Care and each time have received excellent care.

Dr. Arnold was so sweet, took the time to explain things and worked so good with my 5 year old!! Gary was amazing as well so sweet and funny! He did amazing with my 5 yr old as well! Best experience I’ve had here.

Receptionist was a little curt and wait time to see a provider a little long. Otherwise, excellent experience. Facility was spacious and clean. All the professional staff were knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I would definitely return if I couldn't get in to see my regular provider.

I don’t remember the name of the doctor who saw me, but she was an angel. She was very caring and super kind. She was also honest and I appreciated that the most.

Urgent care has a good system to move patients through. However, the time spent there to be seen is a bit much. Arrived at 10:30, left at 1, on a Wednesday. All staff encountered were extremely competent and caring. Diagnosis and treatment seemed to be appropriate; along with advice for followup.

Wonderful! And best customer services and the provider gave the professional advice, the best prescription. Healing great, should have gone her at first.

NP, Steven and nurse, Valerie, were the ABSOLUTE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED THERE!!! I’d rather be close to death these days than to have to deal with the medical profession in Farmington, but, Praise Jesus that the most thorough, and even fun (Valerie) experience and care was given to me! Thanks to you all who attended to me!

Dr. Shermann Singleton she was precise, knowledgeable, and very professional , and they all seem to work together as a team and that counts alot. Thank you

I got registered quickly even though there was a full waiting room and was taken back to an exam room as well without having to wait a long time. The medical assistant and doctor were professional and friendly. Thank you for getting me on the road to feeling better.

I got in to see the doctor in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice, even included some humor. The doctor was very knowledgeable. This is our family’s third great visit in 5 years.

Got the help that I needed and they didn't turn me away. I'm very thankful to their service. Staff was nice and helpful 👍

Very satisfied, Doctor was so kind and understanding! One of the best Doctor I have seen in a long time. She actually cared and had time for me. Loved her and the staff.

I actually felt like I was cared for over here as opposed to SJRMC ER. I was taken back almost immediately, the nurse, the xray tech, the receptionist were all impeccable. I can not stress this enough, the bedside manner I received at Urgent Care was amazing. Go figure, people in the health care profession that actually care about the patients, it's hard to find especially in small towns. Thank you to all the employees that took care of me during my visit. You all may have actually put my faith back into the health care industry.

Sign stated 2 hour wait but we were in and out within an hour. Great staff and M.D. who cared to explain to my daughter symptoms to monitor for the following day. Highly recommend.

It was a nice experience and I'm glad the doctors and the nurses are there to take care of us they were really friendly and it didn't take long at all for me to be seen so thank you very much

The visit was fast. The triage nurse was very professional and asked all the right questions. Karlo was our provider, and of course, he is amazing.
