This place is ridiculous. They set up payment plans without informing you, schedule court dates without informing you until the date has past, and online payments take a week to post. How inconvenient if you have a job and can't afford to miss work to come up there to make a payment in person after they failed to inform you that you were due in court. They also have a habit of calling your references instead of calling the person who is actually legally responsible for the fine.

I asked to be given my court info to pay outstanding debt and the lady WHO CALLED ME refused to give me said info and told me to look it up on my email WHICH I HAVE NO ACCESS TO! I've been threatened with a court date and I'm trying to pay but I cannot do so with PUBLIC SERVANTS not doing their jobs and giving me the court number SHE HAD RIGHT INFRONT OF HER WHEN SHE CALLED. I expect a response and I'll be filing a formal complaint. DISCUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a traffic ticket from driving a family members car. I had sped, they had asked me to hurry with their car. I went and took care of the court matters and everything, the family member said just to let them pay the fines. That went on for a coupele of months but then My family member deceased about two weeks ago. And around the 1st of October I got a call from them saying that there was a bill and it was due and usually eh saw a money order but they didn't this time. I explained to them the situation and said that I could resume payments on the 15th explaining that this is how I get paid. They said that was fine. Before the 15th I receive a notice in the mail saying that a warrant has been issued for me in Montgomery County. .. Just great. I called them on the 15th to no answer and left a voicemail and never got a call back either... I'd like to pay the bill but is is ridiculous. I could go to jail for their incompetence!!

This place is terrible. You call willing to pay in full and they’re rude. They literally don’t care. They’re just mean, not to mention they don’t listen.. I’ve been sitting in this EMPTY ROOM for 10 minutes. Just because this woman is on a power trip. Seriously Montgomery County needs to get it together, they’re an embarrassment to Texans statewide.

Rude, unkind, simply not the way to conduct business... ugh frustrating because no one seems to care anymore
