Everything you want and need to accomplish any project you have in mind or come up with while browsing through the store. I don't know why I even bothered going to Home Depot just before going to Lowe's; I couldn't find anything I needed. Even when I found the isle where the things I was looking for they didn't have any "real" selection choices. No one at HD stopped to ask if I needed help. The moment I walked into Lowe's I was greeted. I must have been asked if I needed help by every Lowe's employee at every isle I walked down. I was even greeted and helped by a merchandiser in the mower isle and she helped me find the fuel line I was looking for. I will never go to any other home improvement retailer again. Thank you ALL at the Conroe Lowe's!!

My boyfriend and I went to buy a fridge tonight and Dyana in the appliance section went above and beyond for us!! Outstanding customer service as always! Anderson the manager was also very helpful and kind! 10/10

Staff were extremely helpful much more so than other home-improvement stores I’ve tried. Michael was the especially helpful obtaining what we needed in an urgent manner thank you very much.

Giving a shout-out to Employee Jessica Ontiveros, first time in history I've ever walked into a Lowes or homedepo and had an absolute blast. I'm always dealing with someone who would rather be anywhere but there. I honestly dreaded coming to buy windows for our new home we are building with our own two hands, yes no contractors. When we get back there, this out going fun individual pops up and asks if we need any help and when we said yes the fun literally started. She took what we needed, discussed everything with us. She brain stormed ideas with us, walked us through absolutely everything. We left with exactly what we wanted and more! She made my day when she asked what our next step was and I told her it would be to purchase doors but we still needed to save for that. She told us no problem but how about we go over your ideas and future budget and we can get a print out of what yall want and exactly how much yall will need to save. I was honestly blown away. This was the first time in all our purchases for our new home, that someone was so excited for us and our adventure. Lowes, yall need to make sure to hold onto to this woman. Thanks Jessica for all you did yesterday, u made our home building fun again. You will be seeing us again! ❤ We left buying 9 windows and some French doors.

Had a return, it was quick and easy. Then picked up items I needed and used a coupon I had received. Great service.

Excellent! Got exactly what I went in there to get (plywood) they cut it for me the exact size that I had requested. Then I bought a barbecue pitt that was on clearance. Since it was the last one they had they sold me their display already assembled. OMG! What more could I ask for...no assembly charges. I am very grateful for that! I actually have the exact same pit that I bought from Lowe's four years ago...time for a new one. It's a grill and smoker. Thank you Lowe's!

My favorite Lowe's store. Come here atleast once a week. They always have staff to help answer questions. Prefer this place way more than Home Depot.

My online order came in late, the customer service was excellent from the pick up and return department. I dealt with several different personnel they were all very helpful.

I have been looking at lawnmowers for about three weeks now. I wanted electric because this is our first house and our yard is small. Everywhere I was looking online, they were out of stock or very pricey. I forget the Lowe’s is by my new house so while I was driving by, I decided to stop in and check it out. After walking around for about 15 minutes, I saw a great deal, Buy a craftsman lawnmower and get the trimmer for free. I thought I was seeing thing so I asked a staff member and it was correct. I spent about 350 with taxes on a brand new lawnmower and trimmer on a great brand all because of this incredible deal. I was very happy to be able to get a brand I trust and Lowe’s wasn’t trying to push some off brand mower.

Easy to find everything just like a good regular lowes. My little cousins loved getting to see all of the flowers that were out and fir sake and helped keep them quiet. The carts are easy for the little ones to hold onto as well so you don't risk loosing one with them running off

Very pleased with the service here. Recently I ordered a trellis for curbside. The first two were damaged so the associate Nick looked until he was able to bring a good quality one to complete my order. He went above and beyond to make it right and that is outstanding service!

I am a frequent customer of this store and have spent a lot of money here. In all of the visits I’ve made some have been good and others not so much. The most recent visit I made here has stood out among all others. I recently had to purchase some carpet for a project that I am working on, in doing so I made a trip to the flooring department at this store. Jordan was the only person working in that department at the time and I could tell that she was overwhelmed at that moment. Amongst all of the chaos that she was dealing with, she didn’t allow me to wait one minute for help. She dropped what she was doing and immediately offered to assist me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

As the General Manager of a local service company she is exactly what I look for in a team member. If Jordan ever decides to leave Lowe’s, I would hire her without a second thought. The level of customer service that she provided is the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer of this Lowe’s store.

I would like to say what a pleasure it was when I went into Lowes to purchase a screen/storm door for my home. Talked to Mark first and found I had to wait for the correct size to come in. I called this morning and Marquis went out of his way to make sure the correct size was at the store. I commend both young men for their kindness and helpfulness. Thank you

Lowe's scored BIG kudos for this old vet today! Reserved parking for Vets only, next to the handicap parking. Then they automatically gave me the veteran's discount attached to MyLowes account. My favorite home improvements store.
