Ms. Ruby Johnson, is just as sweet as she can be. My brother was tragically killed, and my mother was really going through the struggles of loosing a son. But Ms. Johnson really made the process as easy as it could be, she is definitely an amazing person. She treated us like family

I don’t know where to being with this. We laid to rest My Brother SSG Maurice Bell today(12-14-20) and Collins and Johnson Funeral Service in Conroe TX was hired to do Two Things and that was the funeral service (which was on 12-12-20 and they was late getting to the viewing started at 9:00-10:30am they were 30 minutes late)and SUMMITING The PROPER PAPERWORK To The National Ceremony for My Brother can have a Honorable Veteran Burial. A day that was already difficult for my family Was Disrespected and Unacceptable.

We held the burial ceremony today, 12.14.2020, for my uncle (SSG Maurice Bell), whom served in the military for 20+ years, and Collins and Johnson funeral home failed to submit paperwork with the veterans national cemetary for him to be buried with honors. The family is very saddened and disappointed with this negligence, whether accidental or intentional.
