This Dunkin’ Donuts has good people that have great fun while working. Let’s face it it’s a chain store it’s not the best but not the worst. Love Dunkin’ Donuts. Fairmont is getting better people.

As always an excellent trip. Even though it wasn't the normal Dunkin' I usually go to. The gentleman that waited on me was very friendly and kind. I had already checked out and was waiting on my order and I saw the cutest dog toy shaped like a iced coffee drink. My dog loves it and my husband and daughter love that it's not one of those high pitched squeaky toys. It has a deeper squeak, if that makes sense. What can I say....I absolutely LOVE Dunkin' Doughnuts!!

The staff was super nice and patient... I wasn't sure what they called my favorite drink down here...they understood and made the best frozen coffee with 10 shots of Carmel... I'm in heaven right now...

The drive thru line was long. But they kept it moving very well! Business must be pretty good. Coffee is great. The donuts are always good, according to my youngest.

I would be honored to step on and revamp my review. In the past i had rated this place one star and emailed the company on numerous occasions because of lack of correctness on orders, customer service, masks, uniforms etc. But since the new management has been there i have noticed a tremendous improvement. They are very fast and nail my order every time. They are always polite and efficient. I mean. I have had to wait a few times but i could not be upset, because i could tell they were training. Their training was super strict from what i could tell. I'm just amazed and want to make it known. Keep it up!

Quick service. Pleasant, bright furnishings. Massive menu. Delicious food and drinks. Friendly staff. Positive atmosphere. Lots of natural lighting. Plenty of seating. Numerous charging stations for smartphones and laptops. There is little NOT to like. As far as fast food goes, this restaurant is a winner. You know what they say. The whole world runs on...

First time going here since moved from KY state, definitely will be going back soon! To the lady in the PRIDE scarf, thank you for making my son's day. He loved his pink donut, and wants to go back to the 'Donut House' again. 🏳‍🌈💜

The young man that worked the drive through has an absolutely wonderful attitude. My daughter and I were having a rough day yesterday and he was just so friendly and upbeat that he litterally lifted our moods.

The customer service was wonderful and the donuts where absolutely amazing, they melt in your mouth. And the iced coffee was awesome, definitely the best!!!!!! I will spread the word and I definitely will be back.

Me and my sister came in to dunkin and we had a gift card and there wasnt enough money on it so the lady let us keep the donuts and made us coffee. She was so sweet

Love it, employees are great, my order is difficult as soon as I walk in the ones who know how I like it instantly starts making it. Love it here, I'm there 2-3 times a day

I'm so happy that they are in Fairmont. Such a yummy place to stop by and grab a quick cup of steamy hot coffee. Consistently excellent!! Yeah!!!

I think im becoming a Dunkin Junky, the coffee is always constant, if there is a problem then they will make you a new on no questions.
