I spoke to and met Rance from start to finish. The trailer was ready for me when I got there and all the paperwork filled out ready to sign. Not only did this man hook up the trailer, test the lights, deal with paperwork, switch out my hitch ball all in 20 minutes but he came in on his day off to meet me at the shop.... the day he was moving and the shop was closed. He also checked up on me the next day to make sure everything went well and it did. If I need or have anyone around me that needs a trailer I will be suggesting Longhorn trailers, and Rance to anyone that needs his services. Great place as well! Super clean and maintained facility you know once you've arrived that your dealing with quality, and with professionals.

Awesome awesome awesome. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. We even talked our daughter into taking her non-Sundowner camper trailer here for a new air conditioner. Weather it was the parts department helping us find some off the wall part when we were updating our 1995 Sundowner horse trailer (for trade), or the shop guys (Keith, Brett & Mark) helping us figure how to make a repair or other sales people pointing us in the right direction, and all the way through the build of our new Sundowner toy hauler. Our sales team of Tyler and Rance both worked directly with Ben from Sundowner to ensure our custom options were truly custom, which by the way, Sundowner encourages. The folks at Longhorn are truly top notch. Throughout the entire process, Rance kept us up to date with the progress of our trailer, despite my dozens of random questions that I had. I really do wish that every buying experience was as good as the experience at Longhorn. I'm being completely serious when I say that I will drive past other trailer dealers to buy from Longhorn again. Their customer service simply cannot be beat.

I live in Wisconsin and purchased a 2013 Lakota Charger bumper pull LQ 2-Horse Trailer from Longhorn Trailer Sales sight unseen. I worked with Jimmy and he did a wonderful job sharing details about the trailer by sending me pictures, as well as a video walk through.

I hired Ken Wardlaw, a Nationally Certified Camper Inspector that lives in the area, to ensure everything was working correctly. The few minor things Ken found were promptly fixed prior to shipping the camper to Wisconsin.

This was one of the easiest transactions I've had and I would certainly work with Jimmy and Longhorn Trailer Sales again....great experience!

Highly recommend , we were traveling and had an issue with our trailer. They did not hesitate. John Fitch was the man that helped my family out. He took care of the issues I had with a used but really really nice trailer we bought from him. He took the time to show us all the ins and outs of our first LQ horse trailer and showed our daughters too. I purchased my first LQ trailer from Longhorn in October. John Fitch was my salesman, and he absolutely bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase and even showed me how to operate every appliance, switch and button even down to the remote on the tv. John did a great job answering every one of my questions. These guys were HONEST. Even though I just bought this trailer, I already know where I’ll be buying my next one. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Very helpful staff, willing to help solve problems and invested in their customer. I needed parts for my camper and I had been to multiple stores who were not very helpful. They spent almost an hour with me researching parts and ordered them for the next day. If you are looking for someone to listen and help then this is the place.
