My family has been using Dr. Banks for all of our dental needs since we moved to this area 15yrs ago. Dr. Banks is very professional and explains all required procedures in a way that is easy to understand. All of the staff are helpful and very professional as well. Dr. Banks has consistently improved the services he offers to his patients. His staff is very good at finding emergency appointments when needed. Everyone at the practice makes your dental office visit as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Dr. Banks for your entire family.

Dr. Banks was a family recommendation. I traveled from Florida to see my sister and brother in law in WV and was encouraged to see Dr. Banks for dental work. I was extremely surprised about what he was able to do without replacing cracked teeth, and his amazing talent restoring my smile I hadn't seen in over a decade! Always making sure you dental needs are met with care and Staff is friendly and takes time for you. The dentists are gentle for those who are a bit afraid. Been going to Dr. Banks for years. My last visit was a couple days ago. Would recommend for kids and adults.

I can't recommend Dr. Banks office enough! Everyone is so very friendly and knowledgeable. I never experience discomfort when I go in for cleanings. I recently had 2 old fillings replaced and Dr. Banks patiently answered all of my questions and did a great job with my new fillings!

I wanted to make the move to a full arch bridge so Dr. Banks was recommended to me. Dr. Banks in conjunction with Winchester Oral Surgery Center, put together a plan for me. Upon the arrival of Dr. Lara, who specializes maxillofacial prosthetics, I started working with him. It's a little scary to start working with a new Dentist, but Dr. Lara was amazing. He treated me like I was his only patient. He was meticulous in designing my new smile. He was there on my day of surgery at WOS and my new "temporary" arch looks amazing. I look forward to working with him in coming months as my permanent arch is built. Thank you Dr. Banks and Dr. Lara!!!!!

We were new to the area & dreaded finding new care providers. We felt blessed to discover Dr. Banks' office. From the first phone call thru our visit, he and his entire team treated us like family. They all went above & beyond to meet our needs. We could not be happier with a care provider & staff. Would give 10 stars, but Google only lets me give 5!

Confidence. That is the best word I can describe what Smile Designs has given me. Going into high school, my lateral incisor was missing, a very noticeable tooth. Dr. Banks took a self conscious young girl and made her feel like a million. He fitted me perfectly for both a bridge (missing incisor) and veneer (for the other side to fit to scale of the bridge). Eleven years later, his work still attests to nothing but quality. Compliments pertaining to my smile are extra special, as no one believes that they are not my natural teeth. Aside from Dr. Banks himself, his office staff and hygienist are bar none. I would and do recommend Smile Designs for anyone in the tristate area. I can not thank them enough.

Absolutely amazing business and staff. I am very particular about my teeth and through talking to people that use them I decided to change my dentist based on all the positive feedback. By far the best place I've been to in 39 years and they have my business for life.
