Great customer service, they will do everything to help you get the vehicle you want. I have only worked with Dion for a vehicle, he is amazing as well as his brother in finances.
Service area Is awesome very friendly, will ask you what your car is in for just to validate what is on their work sheets, which I think is fantastic.

Joe was fantastic. The trade value for my old truck and financing for my 2023 Tacoma was all done over the phone and e-mail. When I came in they had everything ready and it was exactly the deal we discussed. Super easy and no hassle. Everyone was very professional. Also instead of just telling us our cabin filter and air filters needed changed, the tech actually brought them out to show us. The techs are thorough with the service and go over every detail with us even up to what may be needing replaced soon. They don't just try to talk you into buying or replacing something that doesn't need to be at this time. The customer service is outstanding. I would 100% recommend Dan Cava for your next vehicle purchase and definitely for servicing/maintenence.

On at least four occasions, I have been getting service done for my 86 year old mother-in-law’s 2007 Camry. The service people are so nice there. Further, though always busy, they seem to be able to schedule my service at convenient times. I appreciate all of that

Very helping with any questions or part of this process went out of there way did most of the work over the phone everything was ready when i got there on a tight time schedule. The process was smooth. We got to look at the car we wanted and went ahead and filled out the paperwork and settle it. The process started all on the phone before we drove 1-1/2 hours to get there. I would recommend this dealership totally.
