Completely incompetent. My girlfriend is on vivatrol, a medication used to block opiates and help with addiction. This is now the third time they have missed her prescription date and it’s been late, she relapsed the first time because it was an entire week late. Again this is now the third time her prescription has been late, a prescription that could destroy her life or kill her if she doesn’t have it. I am beyond upset with the total lack of professionalism and at this point the malpractice that is happening here. Horrible place

Update, they missed it again and have been lying saying it’s the pharmacy’s fault, called the pharmacy and they proved Healthy Minds is missing the order date and ordering it the day of her appointment, it’s then late by a week again

A loved one has had several issues with this FAIRMONT location. She had one doctor who was great, but after this doctor moved out of state, the USC claimed she would be assigned a new doctor. They scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, we show up to the office and the doors are locked and the lights are out. Come to find out her replacement doctor had quit and they failed to notify my loved one. In addition to this occurrence, USC has failed on more than one occasion to refill my loved one's meds on time. These are important meds that have serious withdrawal symptoms. This place is incompetent. Look elsewhere for care.
