From registration to nurses, anesthesia team & surgical team, I was greeted with a smile and very well taken care of. They were thorough and professional. I have never felt so at ease and comfortable in a hospital. They truly care about their patients.

Checked in with lady at the desk wasn't but a few minutes until I was being Checked in ER DR ran. Test and gave me the option to spend the night to perform tests or go home with monitor ne recommended being Checked in. They were backed up waiting for room so when I said I would stay I was served a snack while waiting
From the time I was taken to a room I was treated not just great but exceptionally well. Press the button it was answered and what service I needed was taken care of immediately.

I came into the ER with abdominal pain and shortness of breath. The entire staff was top notch quickly getting me a room. Dr. Christianson really showed that he cared about my situation and let me know what test he was ordering step by step. Dr Taylor took over and was also very informative. He quickly moved me to surgery. The anesthesiologist was so kind as well as the nurses when I was admitted. My night shift nurse was so calming and helpful. My day time nurse was the same. I really can’t say enough about how well I was treated. I’m thankful and pray blessings over them all.

I had to have some test ran in the late afternoon. I just love the MRI TECH, he’s wonderful. Always kind, considerate, making sure his patient is comfortable. I really appreciate him. Thank you for caring.

This is the best hospital in the world to us 😁. I feel very special here and y'all have made us happy. Thanks heroes 💪😁 I'm very proud of y'all 👏 ya mean the world to me ❤ Haley is the best nurse here . She's a great hero number one nurse that no one can beat. Dr kitchens is a number one Dr here also and he's a good man . His nurses are number one too. They need a raise vacation Ham and Turkey. Everyone else working in the emergency room is number one also. Thanks for your help 🙂 Chris and Kyle are number one nurse also.

I took a friend for multiple tests on the same day. The staff was excellent from housekeeping to check-in personnel to the technicians. They were all friendly and bent over backwards to make sure he was taken care of. Even though an ice storm had made many to have to spend the night at the hospital and many had extreme difficulty getting to the hospital they were all so kind and cheerful. They even addressed my comfort even though I wasn’t the patient. I didn’t encounter one person who didn’t ask if I needed anything. Such professionalism and kindness is rare.

I always enjoy my appointments with Dr. Taylor. He is a wonderful Dr and person. Everyone was very friendly and the lady who did my labs and drew my blood got me on the first prick, a rare thing for me! I believe her name was Brittany, super friendly too.

This is one of the best hospitals. Staff, nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful. Hope I don't ever have to but would definitely use this hospital again.

Women's Center Lab and X-ray are all great, very kind and professional. They make you feel so comfortable. I really appreciate all of them

The nurses and other surgeons in day surgery were very helpful and very nice. Wish they acted the same way in the emergency room.. the people in the emergency room are just so rude.

Very good nurses on the 3rd floor that flushed my port. I enjoy the visit. They make you feel comfortable and do a wonderful job. They are all to be commended.

My experience at Matshall Medical Center South was nothing short of amazing.
My nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr Shepard all went above and beyond to make me very comfortable during my procedure! The staff was very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and really seamed to enjoy their professions. Dr Shepard was calm, reassuring and when the procedure was completed he took more than ample time to explain the procedure’s results and answered my questions in terms that I could easily understand. I certainly would recommend Marshall South as well as Dr Shepard!!!

Had my yearly mammogram. I accidentally went a day early. They were kind enough to work me in and I didn’t have to wait long. Great technician and registration staff!

I went in for X-rays. The staff was friendly and professional. They got me in and out very quickly, with no delays at any point. I recommend MMCS for your imaging needs.

Dr. Shepherd and staff are the most kind and professional staff out there. Also the staff of MMCS is phenomenal. So blessed to have such caring professionals in our local area.

The front desk staff member was polite and efficient. I was there for a MRI and the technician explained in detail what to expect. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable for the session.

Had appointment for Mammogram, check in was fast. Only waited a few minutes to get call back. Staff was very pleasant, kind and very polite. She made my visit very comfortable.

Marshall Medical North has the best outpatient procedure nursing staff. The women are awesome! Dr. Dowens has an amazing surgical team.

I went early about 8am for lab work, lady that checked me in was very pleasant, I waited less than 5 minutes to see clerk that gets ID and Insurance information, and then waited less than 5 minutes to be called to the lab. Extremely pleased with courtesy and efficiency.

I was only there for bloodwork, but I went through the outpatient area. I was greeted promptly and did not wait long before I was called to a registration office. The process was simple and quick. After returning to the waiting area, I was called within a minute to the phlebotomy office. The phlebotomist was professional and courteous, as well as efficient. I was out of there in just a few minutes.
