I am a new patient of Dr. Carter & I'm appreciative of the time that she takes with me at each appointment. Dr. Carter, her nurses & the office staff are beyond great!

We have just moved to the area and chose Columbiana Clinic. It was a great choice as we were able to get in quickly do to a cancellation. Our test results came back very quickly with a phone call, even though all were normal.

We saw Dr Carter. Her staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, and very competent. It was a very busy day but they took the time to do what we needed and did not make us feel rushed. This was our first visit and very very thorough. Anything that looked out of the ordinary, they asked questions and listen to us. I would highly recommend this group, especially Dr Carter if you're looking for a place to maintain or better your own health. This was a fabulous experience and felt like my care was total and complete from walking in the door to my recent call to assure me all my results were normal. When I asked questions of what the results actually work, the nurses more than happy to give me those details. Very satisfied!!!

I Love Dr.Carter , she has been my doctor since she first started at Dr. Nolan's office. She has always taken care of me and all my family. She has always got me in on time, and she takes time to listen and get me what I need to get well. Thanks Dr.Carter and Randy too.!!

I see Dr. Carter and couldn't be any happier. I have seen 2 other doctors before her and they refused to address some issues I was having. I switched to Dr. Carter and she listened and actually done something about it. I have lived with shoulder pain for 5 years now when all the other doctors sent me to a chiropractor she sent me to a specialist to find out that I have a rotary tear and have to have surgery to fix. I also have lived for 10 years with my monthly cycles being off. All the other doctors ignored me but she found out that I actually have polysymthetic ovary disease. It is so nice to have someone that actually listens to me.

I choose Dr. Bullard on a whim when selecting a dr within network. I should have played the lottery that day! She’s a winner! After seeing her for sometime I ended switching my children to her as well. I truly adore Bullard on a personable and professional level. She listens, intuitive, and compassionate. I have a health condition that basically went under radar for over half of my life. I always knew something was wrong, just didn’t know what. She was able to pinpoint the issue and provided therapeutic treatment that has tremendously improved my quality of life. I am also the type of person who needs occasional humoring when asking “silly” questions that stem from my anxieties. She doesn’t hesitate to offer relief and empathy with her responses. She possess important qauilties that I look for in a health provider.

I found support staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Carter was the very picture of competence and caring. Her initial work up and advice to me was excellent and I am confident that I am in good hands going forward.

Dr. Bullard is wonderful. I loathe going to the doctor. I have had horrible experiences in the past and my blood pressure rises just walking into a doctor's office. Dr. Bullard has given me hope in the medical profession again! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. So happy to have found her.

My wife’s doctor is dr Bullard , my wife absolutely loves her she’s so understanding she listens to you and helps you with whatever is bothering you . My wife has never found a doctor that she liked until she went to dr Bullard . She’s an awesome doctor would highly recommend her to anyone !!!
