This was such a great place for delicious empanadas. So many variety and the people who work there were excellent-friendly. The choices and sauces were a perfect pairing and I just ordered everything. We followed up on the visit by ordering mini-empanadas for a party. Everyone loved them! Local, friendly, unique, and just good food! Parking on street. If you go for morning there should not be an issue finding parking in front of the place.

Extremely friendly staff and very welcoming family owned place. The empanadas were oven baked and there are tons of options to choose from. I stopped by and grabbed a few empanadas to try when I was picking up food from another place. My husband and I visited again for takeouts because they were so fresh and tasty. The owner(I think?) even gave us a pizza flavored one to taste for free. Absolutely love their green and chim churri sauce. Their pastries and alfajores were very tasty too. Love their sign “we don’t have wifi. Talk to each other”. Overall very clean, friendly and cute cafe/restaurant. Definitely a good bang for your buck.

This is the #1 best hidden gem in Norwalk. I go here every Friday for empanadas and coffee. It’s a family owned spot with AMAZING empanadas and friendly people. I am moving in a month and will miss this place more than any other. Thank you for serving me for the last 4 years.

Great empanadas with friendly staff. I recommend the pizza, jalapeño beef, and taco empanada. Give them a shot if you’re in the area.

Really enjoyed the empanadas and pastries for dessert. Staff was incredibly friendly and the coffee was really good. They have about 50 different kinds of empanadas so I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors.

Excellent find!!! Many options for the flavors of the baked empanadas. Paired very well with their cafe au lait. Will definitely be back.

First off they legit have 50 different kinds of empanadas available!! And they are cheap delicious and fresh! We had 5 empanadas and a bottle of water for 15$. Favs were Argentinian chopped steak w eggs, pulled pork and chicken chipotle. Staff was also super friendly AND they sell pastries ;)

This is the kind of places I want to see around my town. Beautiful, nice service, great empanadas and pastries, etc...

Amazing atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and the food is beyond amazing. Their pastries are wonderful. As soon as you walk in the door you notice how great it is. I normally don’t rate places but I’d give them 5 stars any day. Keep doing what you are doing and let’s hope more people find out about this wonderful place.

I happened upon this wonderful family-run place and it's a treasure! So many flavors of empanadas - I bought 14 (half savory and half sweet) and we enjoyed them all. The sauces that came with (red, green & chimichurri) were terrific. Also a tempting selection of cookies and other pastries. Definitely will go back!

It was my first time there. They were super helpful, with explaining fillings and contents and best sellers. It was easy and seamless. And all the ones I have tried so far have been delicious and flavorful. Thanks- it’s not a question of if I will be back it’s when….

I saw their sign for 50+ empanada and stopped in. The owner greeted me and gave me not just some but all of her attention making sure I was satisfied in every regard. The food is very affordable and the desserts shouldn't be slept on. This is a fantastic addition to my places ill be frequenting. Everyone should go in becausw the empanadas are in every flavor you can imagine

The empanadas were so good. Goes great with the sauces. Hope they add other food to their menu since theres no other uruguaian places around here, but the empanadas are perfect.

I came here early in the morning at 6:45am. I was greeted with the fresh smell of pastries and the kindest cashier I've ever met. He made me an incredible cappuccino and I decided to get a guava croissant. The cappuccino was smooth and frothy and the guava pastry was the best pastry I've ever had. It was the perfect balance of sweet and flaky; that warm, sweet guava filling on the inside was like icing on the cake for me. This place is just incredible and you should totally check it out!

So far I’ve tried 6 empanadas and basically all the cookies they make and It was amazing. I like that their empanadas are baked, It makes It slightly healthier and It almost reminds me of a patty(Jamaican empanadas) I wasn’t a fan of the chicken chimichuri the chicken was dry but all the beef and veggie ones were good. The cookies are a sweet delicious bonus. Everything is priced very fair. It’s a great little spot.

Expand your taste buds at this friendly and inviting family-owned cafe. Home-made empanadas are only $2.50. Coffee is hearty. Pastry is perfection defined. Service is attentive. What more could you ask for?

Pretty much addicted to this place. I've been stopping almost every morning for a café and a pastry ( yeah yeah not your healthiest breakfast) but they got my stuff ready while I walked in the 3 day. Talking about service!! Awesome friendly staff. Delicious food and coffee. I can't believe this place isn't packed every morning.
