Fatbacks BBQ

I’m so surprised to see so many poor reviews on here for Fatback’s. My fiancé and I have had take out from here so many times for the last few years! It’s our go to for BBQ here in Quincy. So I want to share my experiences! My meat is always cooked delicious with flavor and it’s tender. I’ve had many different dishes from here as well. I love all the sides. Your macaroni is my favorite. So many good foods. Oh! Don’t forget the cornbread either- it’s moist every single time and tastes good too. It’s my favorite!! I’ve never had a messed up order and the employee at the window had been kind every single time. Yeah sure they’re younger sometimes but we all need to make money. You all keep up and let these good reviews remind you why you do what you do!

Food was great! No leftovers! We got burnt ends and a couple sandwiches, plus the pork nachos. Everything was hot and flavorful, we'll definitely be back!

We ordered the pulled pork, brisket a side and cornbread! We had this for a family gathering and the food was a BIG hit with everyone!
There wasn't much left afterwards to refridgerate!

We will be ordering here again!

I have been here twice and each time the bbq, and staff, have been fantastic! The burnt ends, ribs, brisket, mac and cheese. *Drools* If you're in Quincy to get your shot, or even visit, make time to visit Fatbacks. You won't regret it.

Great BBQ I get the pulled pork everytime I recently tried the pulled pork sandwich only complaint is that the bottom bun was a like soggy but its understandable the mac n cheese is really good and so is the BBQ sauce

A great family owned business and one of the hidden gems of the Gem City. Food is cheap and mouth watering. I've never tried a thing on the menu I didn't love.

Fatbacks is hands down the best BBQ you're going to find in Quincy and the surrounding area. This family-owned small business never fails to impress with fresh, delicious food served in generous portions by an incredible staff. Whether you're going with a meat platter or a sandwich, you're getting a decadent offering of succulent BBQ. If you leave hungry, you (somehow) did it wrong. A dining destination for sure!

Finally made it over to FatBack's. They did my Thanksgiving Turkey in 2016 and IT WAS GREAT!!! But, I do not eat out at restaurants, it's rare. My buddy told me about BBQ Spaghetti and I knew I wanted to try THAT!!! The smell outside is amazing. Walked in, ordered, customer service man was very informative and explained things well. Very nice staff. Place is spic and span clean. Picked up the meal and took it home. Pulled Pork Sandwich and BBQ Spaghetti. Pulled Pork was the best I've ever had. BBQ Spaghetti was better than I imagined it....amazing. Got a side of Green Beans, it was incredible. Seasoned like I've never tasted, I drank the broth it was simmering in. 5 Stars, this place is excellent.

Great food at a reasonable price. Quincy has its share of BBQ places but only a few are truly memorable and worthwhile. Fatbacks is one of them. They're a great family owned business that cares about its employees and customers alike. Try to be understanding during rushes; they are very busy but do the best they can. The great food and atmosphere are well worth any wait.

Never once been disappointed with the food there, it's always correct as ordered and fresh. The collard greens are just like some you'd find in a deep southern home like mine. Fantastic

Love their Smoked meats!Their ribs are delicious.All of their meats are good..And the potato salad is so good.

I'm vegetarian and my husband ordered a rack of ribs today...and he was beyond happy. I tried the cornbread and potato salad. Not fair I'm dreaming of the next time I can taste your food. Why do I live two hours away!

As soon as I took a bite of my rib i just passed out because it was so delicious. My mouth was so moist that saliva was oozing out of my pursed lips. And the service was fantastic. This dude named Devin suited my every need. He asked me if I wanted a refill (which I did) and I didn’t even have to ask. And he was so strong carrying all that food. His biceps were bulging out of his shirt. That man needs a promotion.

Great consistent high-quality Southern barbecue.
Excellent service, good portions, and outstanding flavor. Ribs and pulled pork are delicious too. All the locals eat here and that says it all.

In my opinion this has the best barbecue available in the Quincy area. There is always great food and great customer service. I highly suggest trying both the "Big Q", which is a pulled pork sandwich with brisket piled on top of the pulled pork, and the pulled pork nachos! The ribs are amazing as well!

The food was delicious and the platters are definitely big enough for a few people! The judge's box was a good choice since it let us try some of all the available meat options. Don't pass up the chance to try everything!

Great BBQ and I'm from Georgia so maybe I know a little. A lot of people we asked today about BBQ and all said this was the place. Guys, open up, throw a barn raiser, let Qtown in to eat, drink, and be merry. The town is buzzing about the place. I would sure hate for you all to miss the shot.
