Had a very expensive Prescription for a family member,. was hundreds of dollars. But the Pharmasist in charge said we could save a lot if she were to change up to capsule form. So litterally they saved us hundreds today. Thanks crew!

Stir employees are terrific, helpful and friendly. Store needs updating but that's not the staff's fault. Great prices and great rewards program.

Great big thank you to the pharmacy staff and pharmacist for helping me out so quickly last night after your competitor absolutely failed me while my family member waited at home for the relief of their prescription.

Very rude employees. Couldn’t look up from a computer to help me. Been on hold separate occasions for over 30 minutes and was never spoken to. Out of stock on MULTIPLE medications and keep getting “trucks coming tomorrow” for almost a week. Still don’t have the medications. Forced to use CVS through insurance, will send scripts to a different town to avoid using this location and dealing with this horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service with the exception of Felicia(she's amazing. Some of the pharmacy folks are quite rude. I can see why they are short staffed.
Worst CVS I've ever been to. Worst pharmacy in Quincy. I see why they're always short staffed

I went to pick up medicine yesterday and, I understand businesses are short staffed, but the pharmacist, her name is Danielle, was very unprofessional. Her and another pharmacy tech was talking about a customer, right in front of other customers, about how the customer was upset because her prescriptions weren’t ready, even though the pharmacy had already told her it was ready. Danielle was very unprofessional and very unpleasant! She needs to work on her customer service attitude.

Not the greatest CVS I’ve been to. First off, there’s no drive thru. Second, the line to pick up scripts is usually really long. Third, they have the strangest selection I’ve ever seen at a CVS…three aisles of booze but no Gatorade? No eggs? Tons and tons of empty shelves everywhere? C’mon guys, get your act together.

terrible customer service by the pharmacy "manager" always rude. They never answer the phone and if they do it seems like the biggest inconvenience in the world to them.

This is the worst ran pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. Cathy, the pharmacy manager, is not only unpleasant to deal with but clearly doesn't know how to run a pharmacy. I typically avoid words like always and every but, sadly, in this case it is true. Every time I have a prescription filled there is a problem. I receive text msgs for filled prescriptions that aren't mine. I receive text msgs that my prescription is ready and I will even wait one day only to go in and be told it isn't ready and will be an hour wait. I have paid for 90 pills, the paperwork and bottle say 90 pills but when I get home there are only 30 pills in the bottle. If they were short fine, but don't put 90 on the bottle because then when I go back in I have to spend 40 mins going back and forth with them that I did not get 90. Most recently my dr's office called in a prescription on Thursday. I was standing at the desk when she did so I know she did. I go in on Saturday and Cathy tells me they never called it in. Now, I know they did because I was standing at the desk next to her listening to the conversation. This is the not the first, second or third time that I have gone to the pharmacy to be told they didn't get the call. Why can't this pharmacy keep their records straight???? The dr's office said they have these types of issues with the vast majority of their patients that get prescriptions there. When I told Cathy I would just drive to Hannibal she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't care". If you live in Quincy and have to use CVS for prescriptions I strongly encourage you to consider driving to Hannibal. Drive to Springfield as you will be there and back with your prescription before Cathy finds your prescription and fills it here in Quincy!!

Absolutely awful. They never know what’s going on and they’re always messing up my prescriptions that the doctor calls in. I end up having to make phone calls to figure out what’s going on with my meds each month when it’s time to refill. Insurance requires me to go here so I have no other option. Called a month ago about about my meds...nothing. Called today was on hold 5 different times for 10+ minutes a piece. Either going to drive to a CVS in Hannibal or just pay for my scripts at a different pharmacy. Just all around awful. Sorry for anyone on glucose that needs their medicine ASAP.

Everytime I come in here I'm given the run around. Waiting 30 minutes plus just to get prescriptions that I've called hours in advance about. The employees in the pharmacy are almost always rude and it seems like you're just inconveniencing them to be there. They also take forever to answer their phone and when they do seem annoyed that you even had the nerve to call them. Without a doubt some of the worst customer service I've had in this town. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with them.
