Bishops Motel

My Mom and I had a wonderful experience together specially after checking in 15 minutes prior to closing. Also I personally would like to thanks Mr.George for his great hospitality and kindness . Providing Me a map and coverage after I was disconnected a couple of hours. Everything you need is in that room ! Not to mention we slept like babies.

Our room was quite spacious as was the bathroom. Everything was sparkly clean. Service was friendly and kind. Breakfast was tasty. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy and close. Plenty of place to sit and relax. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The gas station across the street had great pizza and well priced gas. All in all a great place to stay if in Jackman...

Our room, 101, was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will stay here again in a heartbeat!! The breakfast was modest but filling and the kitchen area super clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the towels nice, and I love the cabinet under the sink for my “lady things”!

Lovely, freshly painted, white, very clean room with gray accents. So meticulously clean and comfortable. Shower hot, bathroom roomy, coffee, all needs taken care of.
My goodness, it's 31° out this morning and our room is so toasty warm. What a PERFECT nights sleep! Do not hesitate to stay here.

This is a nice motel right in the heart of Jackman! We came with a few of our friends to snowmobile. The guys had been bragging about Bishops so we all met there and were not disappointed. From friendly owners and staff to clean accommodations as well as a great spread of food for the continental breakfast that is provided. If you walk away hungry then that’s your fault! Across the street is Bishops store for additional food choices and everything you need or don’t need!! The motel is definitely nice with large spacious rooms for all your gear. We asked to be close to our group and they did what they could to get us near each other. We were very pleased and will definitely be back next year for more snowmobiling! Very nice, clean room. Price was great for a double room

A great hotel. The service is excellent and incredibly friendly. I forgot my wallet here a few years ago. The hotel sent it home to me without being asked. The nature here is beautiful, the lake with all the colorful trees in the fall. I would stay here again anytime on my way to Canada.

Bishop Motel was literally a life saver for my family and I after our van broke down a couple miles passing through the Canadian border. Owner and staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and the
continental breakfast was great!

A very nice motel. Clean, spacious room. The breakfast room had a great selection of fruit, cereal and breakfast sandwiches. This is an owner-built motel that shows pride in their lively hood. Wonderful story how they started. A convenience store with lunch counter across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. You will not regret this stop!!

The owners and staff are incredibly hospitable and kind. We came across some misfortune in our travels- they were quick to accommodate us, and very helpful. The rooms are clean and services rendered are prompt and thorough. Always a satisfying experience. We’ll absolutely return to our “home away from home” in the years to come. Many thanks!

Nicely maintained family run motel. Friendly and informative staff. Rooms are spacious, Beds are comfortable, best of all, they allow dogs, because we had our Dixie with us. Free WiFi in the room, and continental breakfast in the lobby's breakfast room. Wide range of food available across the street. All in all we had a great stay!

Nice hotel. Was very nice room and price was about what I expected. Staff was helpful and had the usual hotel things like wifi, microwave, and fridge. Also had a small breakfast and if that wasn't enough, they were super helpful finding nearby places

Our room was ready when we arrived and was neat and tidy. Keurig coffee singles were available in room along with a refrigerator and a microwave. Wifi was readily available as well.

Nothing less than you want and need. Comfortable, clean, roomy, great wifi speed (100mbs; best you'll currently find in Jackman), and very attentive staff. Breakfast is continental, so nothing special but does the job; COVID. Direct trail access and right across street from the town deli/pizza. Owner displays sincere desire to ensure you're satisfied and comfortable.

My place of choice when I travel to Maine.

Winter times, many customers practice snow-mobile. They are very respecful of others.
Totally different from drunk snowmobilers in Québec, Canada.

Hotel was immaculate. Second floor had a great view of the mountains. Breakfast had lots of options for a little hotel. Would highly recommend staying here!!

The rooms are clean and well maintained with refrigerator and microwave. The staff is helpful and professional. They also have a continental Breakfast. We’ve stayed many times with the experience.

Excellent room! Clean, always restocked! Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had!

Rooms are clean and comfortable and reasonably priced, owner is a very nice gentleman and very convenient being across the street from the store!
