I had a great encounter with the staff and you can tell they care a lot of their patients. Yes the facility needs a major update but they are working on it. The ladies in building 42 are awesome and so sweet. Thanks again for helping us out

I saw one of their staff member Zoriah Williams” eat toilet paper for some odd reason, staff and all are filthy beyond redemption.

It is a terrible place

"DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE" my aunt came to Luderman 9yrs ago and the place was well run "then", however over the years this place has turn into a poorly run cesspool. Today when I visit my aunt I have to deal with rude staff with little to no knowledge of the facility. They're suppose to wash & clothe the residents in the morning yet when I visit my aunt she smell like urine(on more than one occasion). When I ask my aunt about her care she tells me that the staff is hardly around or they're treating the residents with contempt. Also on "several" occasions during my visits I've notice myself that staff wasn't around and/or checking on the residents "smh". Also they're doing a poor job at keeping up the facility grounds, grass is rarely cut and the residents buildings is literally falling apart(not to mention poorly cleaned)...

The final blow came when my mom found a bed sore on her sister(my aunt) from "you guess it" poor care. Needless to say my family is now in the process of moving my aunt. If you have love one's in need of facility care "Do Not Send Them To Luderman" there are much better facilities in the state!!! This facility better days are way behind them and honestly the state should shut it down, cause the staff is only there to collect a check they could careless about our love ones...

This place is AWFUL. I have reported this place so many times and each time they clean up while being investigated then back to being awful again. They physically abuse residents and they starve them while making them watch others eat. This place should’ve been shut down years ago. They will beat any resident who does not cooperate so if you love your family pull them out of here

Workers are very rude.. I don't trust them with my loved one and will be looking to place my sister elsewhere...

This place should be looked into. It needs to be shut down ASAP!
